We’re happy to hear you like our products. Regarding the delivery — your order was placed on the late afternoon of April 3rd and prepared for shipment on April 4th. As our carriers do not collect parcels during the weekend, your package left our warehouse on April 7th.
Shipping from Belgium to Greece usually takes between 3 to 7 working days. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and no rights can be derived from it.
We understand that delays can be frustrating and truly appreciate your patience. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope you’ll enjoy your order once it arrives!
