First off, I love my placemats - worth every penny. They should last a lifetime. Second, Emma Shipley customer service is wonderful. Some of them arrived damaged in shipping and they worked tirelessly with me to come to a resolution; Georgia was quick to respond and made it easy to get replacements for the damaged ones.

We have purchased an Emma Shipley velvet patterned chair from a retailer. It is a beautiful chair just what we wanted however the fabric is poor ..it is 2 seperate colours and looks worn or sun bleached on the back and bottom and as a focal point can be clearly seen. The chair was expensive. we questioned it and was told that was because it is velvet ??? after numerous emails they have eventually agreed to collect for a refund. I would suggest only purchase products that you have physically seen as once bought a real hassle to get an answer from them.

Purchased a Lynx duvet cover and bought the matching pillowcases which do not come with the duvet. It doesn’t come as a set, despite the extremely high price tag. I loved the design so decided to buy these items. Upon receiving them, the pillowcases are a slightly lighter shade of pink than the so called matching duvet cover. In addition, the quality of the fabric is incredibly thin which is so disappointing for such an expensive brand. Emma Shipley has clearly put a lot of effort into the beautiful prints and is selling them at incredibly high prices but is capitalising by using the cheapest flimsiest possible fabrics. This is just so disappointing to rip customers off in this way. The products should be made a high quality high thread count fabric. I could buy the same low quality duvet on the high street in a supermarket and the quality would probably be better than the high price tag charged by Emma Shipley. If you care about the quality of your products and want to ensure customers receive high quality goods please address the incredibly poor quality of your items being sold. Lots of low rated reviews by your customers are saying the same thing about the items you are selling. POOR QUALITY!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!

I bought one of the bird papers in blue to decorate a wall of a bedroom. I've papered many rooms over the years and was very happy with the quality of Emma Shipley. The room looks fabulous. Then bought place mats. Super quality.
So I've just purchased 3 of the large prints in my initials. Oh my the Internet images do not do them justice. The colours are absolutely fabulous. I had to touch them to convince myself they were not velvet or embossed. I love them. Worth the money for sure.

I ordered the Emma J Shipley Lost World velvet cosmetic bag. It arrived today and I was extremely disappointed with it. The pattern of the bag is very nice and it's exactly as it appears online. But the zip doesn't run smoothly. On top of that, it arrived in a plastic bag, inside a jiffy bag, and is very creased. No care whatsover with the packaging, and the item itself is just okay.

I was given an Emma Shipley Kruger candle for my birthday. After burning it( with the door closed) for two hours, there was no fragrance whatsoever. I emailed customer services who replied to say that they were sorry to hear that I was disappointed. They then listed some of the constituent elements plus a description of who poured the wax and where they were during the process. I care not. To me, if there’s no fragrance then there’s no point to the candle.
In future, I shall stick with Trvdon candles which are amazing in every respect.
