Delivery by Evri was the only downside…
Delivery by Evri was the only downside as I can never trust this company to deliver on time and as usual they took 2/3 goes at delivering. The box came in tatty condition and I feared for my mugs inside. Fortunately they arrived in one piece.
The mugs are lovely and very nice to drink out of, well balanced in the hand and they look lovely hanging up in the kitchen as a bonus 😊 I’m sure I will be adding to my Emma Bridgewater collection.

I have reviewed the table runner which is perfect already. I have bought a few items during the present sale and have been pleased with them all. The previous order had missed out a mug and when I contacted EBW the mug was delivered the next day - super and thank you.

I was expecting my order to be…
I was expecting my order to be delivered 7 days ago. It didn’t arrive. Had several emails from Evri over the following days. Still no order and no attempt to deliver. Then received an email telling me that my order had been returned to the sender!!! Contacted Emme Bridgewater who checked on their system & verified that the parcel was being returned. They said it will take 2 weeks to get it sorted. Not very helpful since I’ll be on holiday then. So I’m in limbo, should really have asked for a refund!!! I might eventually be able to review my order!
