There was confusion about my delivery…
There was confusion about my delivery at the post office. I reported it straight away and my next day delivery was refunded and another parcel dispatched immediately which arrive promptly and in time for the birthday. I will be definitely using you again.

First time purchaser - usually too expensive for me but the pieces I chose were half price. Exceptional quality and appreciate hand decoration/time and effort has to be paid for (not like foreign made substandard offerings). Keep up the good work.

Would like to pick delivery options boy on my sale item I only had one choice meaning postage was 2 thirds of the cost of my mug I wanted to pick economy postage.
