NEVER BUY FROM EMMA SLEEP.
Returned an item that was unwanted due to circumstances changes. The item was picked up by DX freight, organised by Emma themselves.
Over a month later Emma is still trying to argue that they never collected the mattress and will not refund me.
I’m now £300+ out of pocket and also WITHOUT A MATTRESS.
Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting company, avoid at all costs!!!

Bought a sofa bed 2.5 years ago. Very poor quality - slats started breaking almost immediately, sitting area mattress kept slipping off the mattress and overall wasn’t comfortable. A couple weeks ago, the metal frame snapped where the welding points are on both sides. Shared with customer service and was told that as it’s the over 2 years since purchase, we cannot have this rectified. Paid £1300 for this just to then not be able to use anymore after such a short amount of time. No wonder they don’t do this sofa bed anymore.
Ridiculous - will never buy from Emma again.

Do exactly as they say. Delivery was on time and in good condition.
Unfortunately the mattress wasn’t right for me, maybe I picked the wrong one as it was a little soft for me and too high. But true to their word they offered a topper but when I requested a collection within the 200 day window, they arranged a collection, collected bang on time and refunded the full amount quickly.
Super happy with the service, just a shame the mattress wasn’t a good fit for me.
Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Bought the Pro mattress topper. So far I am pleased with it, getting used to the added height !
Will review again later if any change.
I suppose my only concern is they are a bit pricey - but hopefully it’ll be worth it.

Unbelievable and ruined the experience for us. Ps please buy ur delivery men some deodorant! My entire bedroom stunk like oinons and sweat for an hour after they left

My husband has problems with his back and wants a firmer mattress but we do not want to replace the old one. We ordered the Emma topper (9 cm with cooling effect; medium to firm) and found it totally meets our needs. His sleep has been better right after we have the new topper. It’s been a week by now and we are very much satisfied. Delivery is also timely. The ordering process and delivery has been smooth and efficient.

Ordered mattress which had discount applied. ‘Free’ pillow was automatically added to order. As soon as I ordered I realised I was being charged for the pillow. I tried to get this removed before order was dispatched. Email response time was 8 hours. I heard back after 6 days. I found on the website pillow is no longer free if any discount is applied. This was not apparent unless you searched website. I called to arrange return (before email response). Courier did not turn up to collect the return. Had to arrange again for a week later. It took 3 weeks for ‘free’ pillow to be returned and then another possible 2 to get my money back!! Not impressed!

Overall frustrating experience with replacing a damaged mattress under their 10 year guarantee service.
Initial reply to email was slow and beyond the service times they advise. After some back and forth sending pictures of mattress tags, agreeing to a different mattress as they didn't hold my original one etc etc, it seemed to be moving ahead.
I emailed from a new email address to my original order (as the order was placed years ago), which they stated was fine if I could verify my identity/order, which I did. They asked me to confirm my delivery address - it was a new one as I have since moved, they said this is fine, and as one last thing they needed me to reply from my previous old email address to confirm it was all OK to go ahead (so no idea what the point of the verification process on new email address was).
I did this from my older email address as requested, someone replied asking if my delivery address was my old one. I once again confirmed that I had moved, she replied thanking for me for confirming, and that it was all sorted. I then received an order confirmation which I checked only to see for a 3rd time they were sending to my old delivery address. What even is the point in asking me to confirm on delivery address so many times?
I jump on live chat to tell them of the issue and am advised the address is resolved, so I leave it there. Fast forward to today, I check my tracking and they've still sent it to my old address (a 60 mile drive away by the way). Luckily the people who now live there weren't home and it wasn't accepted. Luckily UPS allow you to change a delivery address so I wasn't even going to both trying to contact Emma and sorted it myself.
The whole process is significantly slowed down by them not collating questions, and instead asking for 'one more thing' every time you email them - which is OK if you weren't waiting 1-2 days between each reply, and then making mistakes. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience and I really don't think a simple change in delivery address needs to be made this complicated

The mattresses are decent however the customer service is non existent if they make a mistake. The labelling on the boxes is poor and doesn't clearly identify the mattress type and size so check and double check for any sign. The obvious trouble is you cannot tell the size until it expands. In my case they sent a super king instead of a double that is absolutely huge and impossible to move. Emma have no expedited process to pick it up and just quite third party timescales for picking it up. Zero customer service to recognise it might be problematic having a super king mattress sat in your house for potentially several weeks. Personally I'd avoid and look at one of the many other companies based on customer service

Don't listen to the Which.co.uk reviews. I have no idea how such a cheap feeling and uncomfortable mattress can score so highly.
The sleep trial is complete BS also. Weeks later and Emma still haven't managed to collect their mattress.
Added friction at every step of the return process seems to be their strategy.
AVOID like the plague.
Edit: I won't be providing any further details to Emma as requested. They've been in possession of all the details from the outset.
Notice how they blame their own courier and their system, not the fact that they choose to use this courier exclusively, and repeatedly refuse to provide any other options or means for return.
Avoid, Avoid. Avoid.
