Absolute day light robbery ! Do not get tricked into signing up. I am now stuck for another 11.5 months . Costumer device is awful and app provides nothing of value ! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST EVEN THE ‘FREE’ SERVICE.

They tried to charge me without informing me about my trial period is ending, not giving me the chance to cancel or to keep.
Otherwise I think is not a bad app for see your spendings but nowadays all the banks give that opportunities to you and free of charge.

subscribes you without asking
Wouldn't even give it a star if I was able to!! Got charged for a yearly subscription without being notified or even actually signing up to a yearly subscription. There is no way to get in touch with anyone from customer service, they don't have a number to call and they don't actually have real humans on the chat, its all AI that responds to firs few messages and then just leaves you hanging without any response. Would not suggest this app to anyone because it is actually pretty shit and definitely not worth 124 quid!!

I used an old app...
And it died on me, so tried Emma and it is more reliable because it is more than an app, plus it won't crash on me as it would be stored in the memory etc. It is worth it once you understand how to use it.

I really want to recommend Emma, but as a long time - and indeed paid up customer - they’ve neglected the basics. Month after month still have to recategorise regular transactions or relabel them, app doesn’t seem to ever learn. Some of the premium features are useful, but I’d try others.

Impossible to login and no real help
I changed to a new iPhone and have been unable to login to the Emma App, I’ve probably spent 2 hours attempting this. The reset emails do not each me. ‘Human chat’ doesn’t reply or ignores me when I say reset emails don’t reach me. I’ve now moved to another financing app. Please delete all my data so I can move on.

Reset emails not reaching you usually means your email provider is filtering them, but we absolutely should have helped you sort this out faster. I’d really like to fix this properly and make sure your data request is completed.
