Utterly awful

Possibly the worst customer experience of my life. Their prices and delivery promises are a work of fiction. 6-8 working days turned into over a month so far. The panniers I ordered are currently in customs so will most likely be at least another couple of weeks before I can even pay those charges before delivery. A wait at customs isn’t their doing; however, they don’t factor any of that into their pricing or delivery promises. I have contacted them on a few occasions to chase up tracking and complain. Met with rudeness in response each time. Their prices are slightly cheaper than other places but by the time I pay VAT and customs charges I would have been better off buying in the UK - and would have had the panniers weeks ago. Avoid them at all costs.

Edit - Their response below implies that the panniers left them in the timeframe that they stated. That is so not the case. I ordered the panniers on the 25th March. They didn't even get sent to the courier in Italy until the 16th April. Also, they haven't addressed how rude and sarcastic they are when you contact them. What leaves customers angry is their lack of empathy and communication. If they were more proactive about their delays, and communicated with their customers to let them know, people wouldn't feel compelled to leave negative feedback.

With "shipping in 4/8 working days" on our product page we mean that the package will leave our premises in that time frame. The delivery time of course varies depending on the place of destination. Especially if the package has to go through customs, delivery times can become unpredictable. In good faith we thought this type of warning was clear considering the difference between "shipping" and "delivery" but apparently it can lead to misunderstandings. It will be our duty to find a better way to express this concept.

If ordering from the US...

If ordering from the US. I had to pay for express shipping (only option) but the order took a long time to actually ship said processing for a while. I had decided to cancel the order and there is no easy way to do it expect through email and it took time for them to respond (time difference). Then it was conveniently loaded for the truck THAT day to ship and could not be pulled back. Returns were not recommended and told me to sell them locally. Now I have a box of parts I have to sell and I won't make my $80 dollar shipping back. I am now wary of having to buy overseas for specific parts and would rather wait till the US get's them.

Misleading sale, poor advise and contemptuous approach to support

The company quoted 3-6 days for express delivery, and did not advise their "calculated shipping costs" excluded import duties. Furthermore, they supplied tracking information in Italian (despite selling in UK Sterling) which did not work. Ultimately the final delivery (some 20 days later) was held by Parcelforce who charged import duty (£87.66 on a 345eu cost). Cheaper and easier to buy in the UK. All chasing was met by a contemptuous tone that Brexit was the reason (despite the order being taken in March, post Brexit). Very poor indeed. I'll never use them again.

Had to cancel an item that ordered, had the wrong year of my moto (duh), and they cancelled quickly without any issues. Very responsive. Will be ordering again as pricing is excellent even with shipping. Reputable and responsive.

total and utter waste of time

total and utter waste of time. i paid 50 euros for EXPRESS SHIPPING, their own website clearly states express is 3-6 working days. my order was shipped 22nd march and has not even left italy and is currently in milan for the last 2 days. so right now i am looking at 5 working days and no where near getting to the uk. get ready for a PAYPAL dispute!!!!!!

Worthy of Trust.

Shipped quickly, but took a while to get to me due to the Atlantic Ocean being between us. That being said, the price made the wait totally worth while. Shop with confidence.

Awful customer service

I placed an order on the 25th of January and when they claim it will be delivered within 4 - 8 days, I am still waiting to understand when it will be delivered. I asked for a cancellation as a result of the delay, but they are not willing to proceed with that and they just keep saying they will deliver soon or no longer reply to my requests

Received in expected amount of time. The arrow exhaust I ordered was not available here in USA parts dealers at the time. Wasn't sure how direct order would turn out this is my second exhaust I got from you without problem.

Due to recent situation

Due to recent situation, the delivery time is acceptable. However, I feel so disappointed that for the model Yamaha X-Max 300, Five component parts was missing, included #5, 7, 8, 9 & 11. It made me cannot assemble the muffler.
Much appreciated if you could send the missing parts as soon as possible.
