great store, wrote to the guys that I want to buy a helmet by mail, they responded in half an hour, although there is still no response from other well-known European stores (a month has passed). They helped me figure out the delivery address since I don’t understand Italian addresses. They sent it very quickly! Their price at the time of purchase was the best in Europe!

Support your local bike shop, I thought I was being clever saving money and cost me dearly
Bought a Shoei helmet, XL, I have 2 other Shoei XL that fit great
Never got any confirmation email, had to constantly chase delivery and it took ages to arrive
I then got hit with £80 import duties, making it more expensive than my local bike shop
Helmet is too tight, emailed and ignored, eventually replied and said I am out of my 14 days
Raised a dispute with PayPal, if that doesn’t work I will go to Visa
Why do this, as if I would ever buy again, surely customer satisfaction is what makes a business great
I have a brand new, perfectly boxed helmet, it does not fit, should it be a £400 ornament

Fantastic and prompt service
I ordered an expensive item from a regional town in Australia and the goods arrived, exactly as ordered in 1 week. When I ordered, I asked if they could ship as quickly as possible as I was about to go on a motorcycle tour and wanted the item for the trip. They certainly delivered! That is exemplary service and I have to say that despite some of the reviews here, I have nothing for praise for EM Moto's response.
I will certainly deal with them again.

Ordered 4 x Sena Latitude S1 Ski helmets at a great price from them. I was a bit sceptic in the beginning and quite suspicious to order, but the correspondence with Riccardo was so smooth, he was replying to my email almost straight away. I felt like he was in front of his computer, waiting for me to email him and he was replying back to me immediately. They use BRT.IT for deliveries which is part of DPD. The company does have a huge amount of negative reviews on Trustpilot, but from Italy to France I have received the helmets in just 2 days. They shipped them on 17/02/2025 and on 19/02/2025 (Today) I’ve received them without any issues. So my shipping experience with EM-MOTO was great! I highly recommend them!!!

i also tried to reach them by phone, but the answer was that tel line is not responsible for online shopping.
so at the end I cancelled my order last week and I am asking my money back. surprisingly I only got the same automatic reply like many times before, that my item was delayed.
this is absolutely impertinent behavior, these people are actually stealing money from customers. I cannot believe how stupid I am to order and pay by bank transaction before looking at the google reviews. it seems this is a fraud with system and they seem to be doing this to many customers.
i will forward the matter to my insurance and they will get hold of EM Moto srl by judicial transaction.
save yourself the hustle and do not buy and spend one singe € with them!

“I want to share this situation with you so that no one else has to experience the same disappointment and frustration. I placed my order a month ago, and although the product was shown as in stock and promised to be delivered within 5-15 days, none of this was true. The product is not actually available, and they are delaying by procuring it from other suppliers. Despite exceeding the delivery time, they are not communicating properly and keep sending automated responses claiming the product is still in the procurement phase.
If you research, you’ll find numerous bad reviews on various complaint sites about their lies and that they are a scam. Although there are some positive reviews, I am sure those are written by bots or fake accounts. Therefore, focus on the negative reviews and avoid ordering from this site. You can get the same products from other sites even if it costs $5-10 more, and I am sure it will be delivered much faster. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Thank you for reading this, and I hope everyone avoids such situations.

Scam site!!! Do not purchase anything for them. I have purchased an exhaust more than 2 months ago and still nothing. At first they replied to my emails pushing shipping timeline further back but last month or so they stopped replying to my emails. If someone knows how to help ill be glad.

Yes, recepient is responsible for paying customs and tax but customer also has a right to refuse if they were misinformed at checkout.

VERY BAD !!! Order Still Not Shipped
I placed an order with EM MOTO on October 26th, and it is still marked as “processing.” Despite waiting patiently, there has been no update on my order status, and what’s even more frustrating is that my email inquiries have gone unanswered.
This lack of communication and delay is unacceptable. I expect better customer service from any company, especially for paid orders. If EM MOTO cannot fulfill my order, the least they can do is provide a clear update or respond to my messages.
