Accuracy error with permanent base…
2 months ago i installed permanent base station with RS2. last 3 weeks i am noticing with NTRIP connection after 39 KM i am not getting the accuracy in fixed solution,
i mean when the solution simultaneously going to flot and fix after some time when i re-check in fixed solution stackout previous points are not in exact coordinates around 12to13 cm some times it will goes 43cm

Thanks to the Emlid products, I performed much research that would otherwise have been impossible due to operational costs. There should have UTM data input option in base setting, like other brands. It is important to have the common facilities on the software.

Hello friends!!! My name is Richard. I'm here in the State of Amapá - Amazon - Brazil. I want to share my experience with Emlid.
I am a Geoprocessing Technologist and we need equipment that is connected to each other, working together. Regarding this, I found the Emlid Reach RS2 Receivers to be a great workflow in connection with my Autel Robotics Evo 2 Pro RTK V3 Drones. Where I can work in perfect harmony. However, we have something peculiar here in my region. We are separated from the rest of Brazil due to the immensity of the Amazon River and the large number of areas flooded by the tributaries of the Amazon River. For this reason we have our own Datum here.
In the last few days I contacted Emlid support to create a hgeoHNOR - Santana geotiff model. That would make our lives easier around here. As always, I was well received and the response was positive for our order, which was made with excellent performance information about the Emlid Flow 360 workflow. Which showed excellent accuracies in the construction of the hgeoHNOR Model - Imbituba, which is the Datum of the rest of Brazil.
It's great to know that we can count on dedicated professionals who are always willing to help. That's why I want to share my experience with this Company. Made by professionals who respect their customers.

Reach RS3
Located in Australia. Purchased reach rs3. Straight out of box issues with internal modem not working correctly. Tried to get support, no contact phone numbers only email contact. Very minimal support, kept requesting us to try something, run a report and send it to them. Then once complete wait for response 2-3 days, then try something else run report. We discovered a work around using external modem. We wasted 30-40 man-hours trying to resolve issue.
In summary 1 month later, still not resolved, still internal modem doesn't work.
Unit when booting up takes 3-5mins to get fix and recieve corrections.
Unit is getting used on a 3 month data collection project. Worker refuses to use tilt compensator as its too slow and takes too long to get fix/ activate tilt. Compensator. Worker stating it takes maybe 30s-1min, between point collect to activate get fix/tilt at the next point.
Also noticed a number of points collected state the unit is in fix, but obvious from elevation that it's not in fix, with measurements 20m higher than they should be. Now we have to go recollect these points in a town 45mins away, therefore creating more rework at our expense.
In summary the apparent savings in purchase price for this unit, compared to a reputable brand are quickly eaten up with features that do not work properly increasing required manhours to complete tasks.

Wrong Coordinates ,especially wrong heights with Emlid RX
I am a surveying Ingenieur for about 50 years in Germany with an own engineering office. The last 25 years, I worked with Leica Gps. If this shows a fixed condition, it was perfectly right. Since 2 Years I work at first with Emlid RS2, with which I had no problems, and finally till now with the RX-Rover. Every 2nd Project, I have now Problems. The RX shows the green Light - the Data shows a FIX, but the Coordinates are wrong, sometimes about 5m in the height. My Dealer knows other Customers with the same problem! Emlid ist not willing to solve this big problem -why? They got the data to fix the problem, but they argue and argue a lot, saying it's the customers error. They say, that it's right to show a fix for one more minute after fix-conditions has gone...- although it could be meanwhile in single condition ! Please, please think about that and correct your opinion!! I like to work with the RX, but in the moment you can't trust the results. Please fix ist. If there's no fix condition , change it immediately not showing the green light! A green light as a traffic light means go! and not perhaps stay or don't go. Green is green and not maybe yellow , maybe red!! The customer MUST trust the green light. IF you go on like that -as you write- nobody will trust you anymore. That would be really a pity.
Answer to Your statement from 20-10.23:
We never had direct contact, only through my dealer messprofiservice Germany, who sent you all the data necessary to comprehend the problems. They sent You some examples with the wrong data ,all attributed as "FIX". For example : in the middle of a Roadend (turnabout) , it was 5m different in the Heights from the the roadsides (only 3m distance), and all had a fix condition! The real local difference is about 4cm !
My dealer has contact with you at the Intergeo Berlin some days before to discuss this matter.
