Everything worked smoothly and professionally. The pick up and drop off was efficient and timeous which is appreciated after a long flight. The 24 hr check in is a welcomed bonus. The JA Ocean View team were attentive and very pleasant to deal with. The hotel catering was first class.

First Family Trip
It was my first time to travel with family and first time to Dubai, hence didn't know much of what to do in Dubai. But the Emirates staff helped, advised and gave options and helped us plan our trip itinerary. We made couple of changes before finalizing the itinerary, but throughout the whole process, the staff were friendly, understanding of our needs and accommodative.
There was no queue at the airport. Our Flight took off as scheduled and arrived as scheduled. No delays :).
The Airhostesses were friendly. It was my son's first international flight ever and he was in love with every bit of sweet gestures from the staff. They gave him free bag pack and coloring book. They even took a photo with him and gave him that as a souvenir. We have hung it on our fridge. One of the best memories to cherish. Thank You soo much.
When we arrived in Dubai, I would received a message and an email for the transfers, excursions etc a day before as a reminder which was fantastic. The drivers were punctual at all times. Our trip was seamless and stress free and that's what a vacation should be about...worry-free!!
All in all we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly and now that we are back home we keep reminiscing how beautiful our vacation was. We will definitely keep going with Emirates for our future destinations.

Emirates staff where very helpful assisting with our booking and providing options . the whole holiday was a very pleasant experience , The hotel we stayed in Rome NH Centro Rome was very clean well located and in a quiet beautiful area , the rooms where a little small but modern clean and had all the amenities and as we have two children we booked connecting rooms.I would recommend the hotel and Emirates package holidays to anyone , good value for money.

Good day Emirates Holiday was an absolute Pleasure thank you Dale. I very quickly referred family and they too have booked through Emirates Holidays. My only issue was I thought the 4* Hotel would have been better, not uncomfortable but staff spoke very little English and the cleaning of the room could have been better. Perhaps a little more investigation into the hotels can help your team. We did have a great time and thanks to Emirates Holidays, well done keep up the great deals. 1- I have booked a hotel in Düsseldorf considered 5 star hotel, unfortunately when I arrived hotel I found that this hotel is only 4 star I have paid for 5 star hotel but I got 4 star hotel
