After back and forth we decided on ifuru Island Resort Maldives and when we arrived at the airport people from the resort was waiting they explained what was gonna happend
We got to the resort and the staff was waiting for us with a welcome this was everything and more
The resort is exactly like the pictures ir was beautiful and clean with amazing and friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. My kids loved it there was something for everyone
I can't stop raving about my experience as it was our first time
We had a stay over in dubai and Dale inform me what to expect
Before arriving at passport control I was met with a emirates holidays representative which was waiting for me and told me where to go and that another person is waiting for me
And they were there all smiles welcoming me to Dubai. This has been such an amazing experience. It's the service for me

We had excellent service from the day we decided to contact Gugulethu. We informed her that we were a family of 2 adults and 1 child. She ensured that provision was made for all of us to be accommodated.
She was friendly and helpful with all our requirements and questions.
The entire trip was seamless. We were guided by emirates staff from the time we arrived.
The accommodation, shuttle services and activities were beyond our expectation.
We received value for money and came back rejuvenated.

The in-country consultant I dealt with (Dale, in the South Africa office) was very professional and willing to assist. I think our email chain is over 70 emails! A patient gentleman who answered all my queries and organised everything really well. I did have to do a bit of research on the resort for myself though, to ensure that we were not duplicating services that the resort provided, such as airport transfers. However, my overall experience on the booking side, including organising tourist visa's, was efficient and not at all stressful. He even updated our flights when our initial one was no longer offered. He made sure to sit us together even though it was two separate bookings. It was also lovely to receive a courtesy call three days prior to our departure from the UAE Emirates Holidays office just confirming all our booking details. They also had an Emirates Holiday representative to welcome us at the airport just before passport control.

From the ease of booking our flight and hotel to the UK, to the choice of accommodation and our flight experience, Emirates Holidays didn’t disappoint. Everything was hassle free. Flight, accommodation, chauffeur transfers were all organised. We booked nearly a year in advance and locked in a great price, we then paid our deposit and made regular payments before our final balance was due, this was not offered by other holiday companies. We had queries during the booking process and these were answered swiftly and politely, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be using Emirates Holidays again.

Have been travelling with Emirates since many years worldwide but first time I used Emirates Holidays.
My opinion is superb to every level as it deserves Emirates.
Everything, within their responsibility, was extraordinary and made us feel valued and not numbers.
I could have lower priced options, but value for money is so essential and I believe Emirates reflects everything to the maximum.

My experience was great and memorable. The best one stop shop with awesome turnaround times. My agent was patient and was quick to respond to my concerns and requests. I changed my budget a couple of times yet he was able to work within my different budgets and presenting awesome options. Will continue to recommend Emirates Holidays, the best so far.

Firstly the pricing of Emirates Holidays cant be beat, I have done proper research and they gave the best all inclusive deal on the Maldives. Then the service and comfort on the flights is top class and they arranged all transfers and accommodation flawlessly.
