this is my third order
this is my third order and every time I pay for the delivery, it is expensive. First time I ordered curtains that were longer that I expected. I returned them. Eminza said that they will inspect the curtains to process the return. I had to be extra careful. I ordered the second set because it is cold and then cancelled the order because I was afraid they would not accept the first return. I ordered third time the right size but...I am writing regarding my recent order of fleece curtains, which I received from France. Unfortunately, the product quality is unacceptable. The material is stretched and permanently deformed, with visible distortions across the entire surface of the panels. This appears to be a manufacturing defect — the fabric structure itself is uneven and warped. The deformation is present throughout all four curtains, So much stress and problems with these curtains. Customer service is not helpful to be honest, talking like robots. They tell me that will inspect the return why do not they inspect the curtains they send? How can they send me deformed curtains I do not understand. Double standards.
Update: I sent an official request to EEC netherlands, after that, Eminza confirmed that I will get a refund for the shipping costs. When it comes to the quality of the curtains, those that I ordered during my first purchase, were of perfect quality. This order is really bad, I hope Eminza checks the product when they receive it. I will remove my review or change the stars amount when I get the refund. I wish I could add pictures but I do not see how to do it. Thank you

Terrible Delivery- and Customer service
I ordered bedding and deliberately chose the fast delivery option, for a hefty extra fee, of course. But days later, my items still haven’t arrived. If I had known, I might as well have chosen the cheaper shipping option. It feels like I paid for a service that was never delivered. Absolutely not recommended!! Customer service does't bother to respond.
