Eminence Pro 

At first in July 24 this group was great. They stayed in contact with me and all went well. Since around May 2025 I cannot get ahold of anyone. The markets are down and they have been on a non-stop loss. Terrible customer service. Do not sign up with them if you expect any kind of longevity.

I paid $20K for a license and invested a small amount of $27K and was given guarantees that if I didn't make my license fee, I could request a refund of the license fee minus any gains that I made over a period of 14 months. I was also assured that I should see gains of 8-15% a month. Both of which have been false. Over the last 14 months, I have lost just over $20K. I've made several attempts to contact Eminence Pro about my losses and request a refund of their fee as one of their guarantees. After two (2) months of attempts, I haven't yet to receive a response from my account manager or the support team. It appears that the company will not take responsibility for any ALGO failures or lack of communication and will only take your money. I would highly encourage anyone thinking of using this company to think twice before giving your money to a company who claims to maintain great communication and cares for its clients but does the exact opposite. From my experience using the ALGO, you will lose all your hard-earned money.

This is a follow up to my original Review back in April. The onboarding is great, getting started was smooth as well. However, trying to get any one to actually talk to you once you pass the aforementioned is not going to happen. I am not sure why, but the people who were johnny on the spot to get me up and running are no longer available. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact and crickets. If you go by money gained from my deposit into brokerage account it looks good. That being said, I am still $9,000 plus monthly fees $350. per month shy of breaking even after 7 months.

Horrible software - stay away. I lost 18k in this crappy platform + the 16k I paid for the license. Absolutely no idea how they are still here !!

This company is a fraud. They don't do what they advertise.

Don’t trust Eminence Pro forex software. The statistics they quote are fake. They claimed they rarely lose money, but my account lost money for 6 months in a row. Run away! This was a $20,000 mistake for me.
Liars. They are crooked.

I think the good reviews they have are from their own people—a bad, dishonest company. Stay clear!

Any positive reviews are fake. My account is down 60% in a year and they promised 15.64 MONTHLY returns. They don't offer any support and don't reply to emails. Eminence PRO is a TOTAL scam.

My initial review was 5 stars, customer service and gains were good. Now the website for clients went offline, the Medallion bot start loosing steady, -8% this week already. Tried to contact customer service, no luck, no reply, nothing. I will edit this review if things get better.

I came into this fully expecting it to feel like gambling. I started small in February 2025, ready to pull out if anything looked shady. The opposite happened. The first couple of weeks were slow, but then I saw a steady rhythm: smaller wins stacking up, and controlled losses that didn’t wipe me out.

Six months in, I’m up around 24% total, and what surprises me most is how uneventful it’s been. There’s no “rollercoaster” feeling I was bracing for. The system actually pauses in certain market conditions, which at first frustrated me, but later I realised that’s why my equity curve looks smooth instead of spiky.
It’s not a lottery ticket, but it’s been the most stable experience I’ve had in trading so far.

When I first joined in May I only ran the forex algo, and I nearly quit in June after a drawdown. A guy in the Telegram chat told me to spread across all the algos instead of relying on one. I switched on gold, stocks, and crypto alongside forex, and that was the turning point.

Now my account looks totally different some algos have flat weeks, some spike, some pull back, but together they balance out. July was a great example: crypto had a red month, but gold and stocks carried me to just over +4% overall.

I honestly think most of the negative reviews are from people who ran just one algo and then panicked. Diversification is built into Eminence, and using it properly makes it very difficult to take heavy losses.

My Experience with Eminence PRO
I was with Eminence PRO for over a year. At first, things looked promising—I saw solid growth in the first few months. Unfortunately, that changed quickly, and within a short time I lost not only all of those gains but also part of my original investment.

When I contacted support, the guidance I received didn’t help. I was advised to try a different setup, but my account continued to decline, and the fees made the situation even worse.

In the end, I walked away with much less than I had put in. Communication became harder over time, and I didn’t feel supported. After multiple attempts to resolve the issues, I decided to withdraw what remained and stop using the service.

This was my personal experience, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company do their own research and proceed carefully.

Have had it for nearly 6 months. Would never advise anyone to waste their money on this. They make promises of you getting back at least 10% and it never happened! They show all of these accounts of people who have invested, but I wonder if they paid them to set up those accounts. I don't know, but anyone with a 15-day return policy should not be trusted!

I see people talking about how you gave help. My account was supposed to be totally automatic. I had nothing to do with YOU loosing my money , not taking or returning any of my calls. Only way of communicating with anyone of you was by e-mail and that never happened. Also I was promised a full refund if I did not make a profit of enough money to offset my entry fee within a certain time I would be elagable to get my fee returned to me. Well that never happened either. YOU ARE LIERS AND DO NOT EVEN USE A I TO TRADE . The last part of my dealings with you you made WAY BWAY too many trades a day and did not make money. I was supposed to have a safe stop to have some protection. That did not happen either. I don't have any ideal how other people can say everything is great and I have just been one of the few with a bad experience . What keeps you from returning my inter fee like you PROMISED ? YOU MUST BE A SCAM. i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMENT THAT NO ONE GIVE ANY MONEY TO YOU.WHERE IS MY REFUND ?

I appreciate very much all the detailed information that was explained during the informative session, all my questions were answered in a very diligent manner. At that moment I felt confident and bought the product. During the trial period I had some problems with brokerage accounts, and I decided not to proceed with investments . They refunded my money as advertised no problem. Good business practice in my experience.

Very Bad experience - lost 50% of my investment over a three month period before pulling the plug + $14.5K of scam "license fee". The EP algo may gain some to hook you, then bomb out at your expense. The EP promises are all lies. FOREX trading outfits are in general, rigged systems with rats stealing your hard earned $$. Algos just let them steal in auto-pilot mode. Thier videos of succes stories are years ago old. My financial advisor warned me against it but I didn't listen because of greed. Trust me - Stay away! They contribute to this review site to manage and screen bad reviews such as this, and is why this review will more than likely get removed to keep thier ratings positive. They need to change thier name (of which they already have a couple of times prob because of lawsuits, etc.) to "LCS" (Lie, Cheat & Steal).

I am getting fbi involve, because such scam for all this people to loose money is insane, first they tell you that if the algorithm is not good before 45 days you cant cancel and get your refund, well it was good the first 50 days and after that i am 90% liquidated, i am not letting this go, on their contact also says that we recommend up to 20k for you not to loose money, well my money was at 25 k at one point and it tanked not its at 1k, Tristian the guy who suppose to handle my account is not even responding to me.

I would love someone to tell me how the team can turn off trades when they perceive volatile times might affect the trades ( war in Middle East escalating was one time) but when I see my account dropping 10k in one day they can’t pause the trading? The next 2 days 13k gone, no one responded to my request till days later saying they were going to call and never did- now full on Ghosting cause I am sharing my experience- where are the responses to all the negative reviews, there is none. Only to positive reviews.

It sucks to have to write a bad review as I was making good $ from When I began last year in April 2024 until right before election time when there was a $12k drawdown and things never really recovered. I did earn 20k ( around 3K per months for 5 months) but it costs 19k to work with them for an 80/20 split
As of last week my account went from 35k
( I started with 45k in April 2024) down to 13k as of today. I tried to take my Money out last Thursday when it was down to 24 k and couldn’t get it out.
Tried to get my trades turned off, and they would not do it. A few weeks ago they turned all trades off for a week, so I know that it is possible.
FYI- If you go to their website and see all these stellar video reviews, those were all from a Zoom we did with Theo last August when things we were good. we were bribed to come to meeting with 3 months no commission taken, meaning we got all our $ for three months without them taking their cut. I did not know either that my video was to be used on their site. I just saw it the other day!
So disappointing- They literally are ruining peoples lives and will get major karma their way for it
After the 12k in one day drawdown last week the trading should have been paused, or at least after the second one last Thursday.
I’m guessing more bribing has happened to be getting good reviews in these last few days-
