The dress that arrived is totally different to the photo on the website and has to be the worst quality item I've ever purchased.
The company are refusing to cover the cost of the return despite it not being fit for purpose and have advised it needs to be returned to China!
They had the cheek to iffer me a 10% refund if I kept the dress!

Definitely got scammed. Ordered what appeared to be a beautiful jacket for $80. What I received today is a copycat of the displayed image that is poor quality, flimsy, something you will get from Shein. There was no tag attached. I thought this company was from the UK but probably from China. I should've known the phone number doesn't work and the only way to contact them is via email. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Awful experience with Emilia Melbourne.
I ordered a coat on 2nd January and was told it had been delivered on 22nd January, but I never received it. What followed was weeks of frustrating back-and-forth emails with customer service.
I was repeatedly told that I needed to contact Royal Mail myself to get proof that the parcel was missing. I’ve never had to do that before – normally the sender handles this with the courier. Despite explaining this, I kept receiving what felt like automated or AI responses repeating the same instructions.
Eventually I contacted Royal Mail and managed to get a case number, but even after providing that I still haven’t received a refund. Instead, I’m now being asked to provide a certificate of loss.
This has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming for something that shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to resolve. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before.
I would not order from this company again. Ordered coat 10 weeks ago. No coat and no refund !!!!!

I would give a minus score if I could. Item arrived damaged and to date they are refusing to issue a refund. Am awful company to deal with, don't touch them with a barge pole

Avoid this company. Their site is very misleading in relation to where they are based and how easy it is to return goods. Melbourne suggests Australia, their site has a Netherlands address, but they are in China. I bought a dress in accordance with their size guide but it was too small. Trying to return was a nightmare not the "easy" process as described on their page. I exchanged numerous E-mails with them, they kept fobbing me off with offers of a partial refund and to keep the dress. The amount being offered for refund was not the full amount, it was a % and an insult to what I paid but this was obviously a true reflection of the value of the goods. Lesson learned.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered XL even though I am a medium because I wanted the fabric for a project and it was tiny -- like a size 4-6. When I tried to return it they didn't respond for two weeks and then now are demanding all manner of photos and creating obstacles. And then they said I was on my last day to provide the photos -- only because they blew me off for 2 weeks. And they are saying they will only give me a store credit and I have to pay more shipping on the replacement item! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE>

Echoing the other customers. Wishing I had read reviews before purchasing. Website is false. This is not a Melbourne based company. Shipping timelines are way too long. Frequent email updates are provided to lull you into a false sense of security but the package just moves from one processing point to the next with weeks passing by before it has left the port of origin. For comparison, Temu arrives in one week.

I wish I read reviews before I purchased. This is not a brand with customer service and integrity. My jacket was 2 weeks late and when I contacted the brand to return they refused to help and advised I ship to their manufacturer in china for a return which cost over half the price of the jacket. Do not order

I received my jacket that looked nothing like the one that was on the model!! It was cheap, thin crappy material and colours were way off! Sizing all out of whack too. It was not worth $75 AU. Of course I had to email back and forth and by the time I could send back to China my 30 days would be up. I asked for 50% although the full amount I should have got. They gave me 25% for a $5 AU jacket!! Anyway, I learnt my lesson the hard way. Maybe I can use it for dress ups lol

absolutely disgusted with this company DO NOT BUY. Brought a coat was too big. I followed return policy but they keep fobbing me off. I have requested return adress so many times but nothing yet its been over a week. Quick to take money but cant and wont follow return policy themselves.

I ordered a coat but was very disappointed with the overall quality so returned the item (had to China which cost a fortune as no option to return to a UK address). Still waiting for my refund after returning the item 7 weeks ago!! MY ADVICE - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

While communication was prompt during long delivery it waa obviously AI as very descriptive and extensive vocabulary! When my jacket FINALLY arrived it was very poor quality! Very small in sizing and the wrong colour. A refund was admittedly quickly offered however very expensive to organise! I was under the illusion ordering from Australia but this is not the case.

Paid £50 for a pair of shoes and this company didn’t even have the decency to package the shoes in a box, came in a bag. Delivery took 28days to arrive.

The heels on the shoe looks nothing like the pictures.
Such a scam of a company, would definitely not recommend and if I could rate -100000 I would.

Absolutely shocking company DO NOT buy from here. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful green coat, what I got was ridiculous. The coat was originally £112 reduced to £46 I wouldn't have paid £10 for what I received.

Poor quality of black coat and wrong model received! Nothing similar to the coat I’ve been ordered.I’ve contacted them and they gave me two options. 1 to send back the item for refund.2to keep the item and they will refund me back just £9 , I’ve paid for this coat £64! I chose to keep the coat as they said I need to pay the shipping cost. Unbelievable, never expected this the items come from China and such a poor quality.

They sent me faulty jeans and now will not refund or pay for the return shipping. They are not based in Melbourne as they claim and they have automated emails offering a percentage of the price back. It also took 2 months to arrive.

Didn’t expect it to work for migraines, but it does help a bit. Stylish and functional, just not perfect. I didn’t think it would help with migraines but it provides some relief. It looks good and works well though it’s not flawless.

This company is a scam do not order from them
Ordered a jumper and the quality is so bad, it comes from china and I tried to return it and the postage back was £38 with insurance so not worth returning.
They are offering me a 20% refund then a 30% refund and they are terrible to deal with and the clothing is of such poor quality you could never wear it
