Long delays and no response from customer support

I wouldn’t recommend buying anything marked as “pre-order” from this brand.

I ordered Lunar Flared Jeans on October 4th. The original shipping dates were October 13–15. Later, the shipping dates were changed several times due to electricity issues. However, I was not informed about these changes.

I contacted the company on October 22nd and again on November 11th to ask about my order, but received no response. Only on November 19th did they finally explain the reason for the delays and said that my parcel would be sent “during the next day.”

As of December 13th, I still haven’t received a tracking number. I wrote to them again on December 9th, but there has been no reply.

I don’t understand why my messages are being ignored. I have been waiting for my order for a long time and simply want to know where my parcel is.
