I fell in love with the shop and bought for 450 pound of clothing as a first purchase and I'm happily surprised about the quality. Shipping took 3 days to the UK. The only dark spot was that additional customs clearance fees were required (160pound in my case). It is indeed mentioned on the website but nowhere during the checkout process (this should be improved for transparency in my opinion). I would still recommend shopping with this brand, just make sure to pick the right sizing based on the models presented and expect additional taxes when purchasing from abroad.
All Items Are Not What It Seem Like
The use different types of materials for the same kind of shirts. The sizes are every time different than others. Also the logo’s are falling of after washing a tee one time. I ordered 2 times and I’ll never do it again. WORST brand ever.

Solved my problem but took me months
After having a problem never reciving my clothes - and writing a bad review here - I now got it, and all went well. I am happy about receiving it now, but 3 months later - I wish I had not had to do so. Anyway - thank you for following up on the Order - although the clothes were for winter, I am now getting them. Although the delivery was a little late (13 days, instead of the 4 to 9 that was written) it wasn't something that bothered me, as I live in a different country. I was completely satisfied with what I bought, very good quality and definitely worth the money. Reading the comments here, I wanted to make sure that I would not have to pay anything more than what I already paid, the response from the service was quick and informative and of course, there was no extra charge.

The worst customer experience. I placed an order for over 250 euros worth of products with an announced delivery time of 4 to 9 days over a month ago. I haven’t received anything, and when I wrote to customer service, it took them several days to respond, only to tell me that my products wouldn’t arrive because some items were out of stock and that I would be refunded—without any apology or regret on their part. I was initially impressed by the quality and design of the clothing, but my experience with this company’s customer service has been an absolute nightmare and feels like a scam.
I ordered two sweaters that I liked but unfortunately didn’t fit, so I had to return them. The return process was already extremely expensive, but it got worse when the company refused to refund me for both sweaters. They claimed that one of the sweaters had a stain, which is completely false. Both sweaters were only tried on, repacked, and sent back in perfect condition.
When I requested proof, the company sent a picture of a completely different sweater in a different color. The photo only showed a tiny fraction of the sweater (around 10%), making it impossible to verify whether it was even one of my returns. Despite several emails asking for proper evidence or a resolution, the customer service team and even higher representatives like the founders of the company did not take any steps to fix the issue.
To this day, I still haven’t received my refund, and nobody from the company has provided competent assistance. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like outright fraud. A reputable company would never treat their customers like this.
Judging by the many similar complaints about their customer service and return process on platforms like Trustpilot, my experience is far from unique. This company appears to be highly unreliable and dishonest. I strongly advise against buying from them.

Do not buy from this company unless you live in Spain. Bought 2 items for a birthday present only to discover customs duty on delivery was an extra £45.70, and to return the items we would have to pay the same again. What a joke, this was not made clear to us on purchase, if it had we would not have gone ahead, instead the birthday recipient had to pay up on receiving his gift!! Sadly I fear this company probably don't read these reviews and certainly don't care about their customers. Avoid!

Cannot even rate a one. Truly poor, disappointing and unprofessional customer service from the team.
For several months I have been trying to return a parcel worth £90 of clothes. As the warehouse is based in Spain I paid for shipping, providing customer service with all the relevant details for tracking to keep up to date and transparency. The first time the delivery driver attempted ‘no one was in’. No chasing on Eme Studios part considering it is their clothes waiting to return with a customer who has paid for their service. When emailed to question this I was basically told it simply is not their problem and there was no willingness to follow up on their side. Explained how I am in England and they are in Spain so there is nothing I can do when it gets into Spain, and not only would they not check there is complete complacency and no willingness to chase or follow up. Carelessness and ignorance towards a customers money. Over £110 worth of money invested to which I don’t even have any of their clothes items as I sent it for return.
The parcel after weeks then got sent back and I sent it again for first class, paying extra and again notifying customer service for which they said they’d attentively expect the delivery. The same thing happened once again and their response to this ocassion on the second time knowing the extent of arrangement put into it was that it is a courier issue- and they don’t offer the service. When it is THEIR BUSINESS, and a CUSTOMERS money there is complete disregard, complacency and dismissive attitude. I explained to at least meet me halfway as I’ve done everything I can in the UK and I am not in Spain. Quite frankly they are not bothered so I know am left £150 short which I will be taking legal action due to unprofessionalism. Do NOT BUY.

I have seen bad reviews from customers from UK and others and as I was waiting for my delivery I didn’t know I had to pay oversea fees so it got me looking through reviews but I paid and I’m very glad I did! I absolutely love the clothing and quality. Yes I would agree it’s more hassle then it’s worth trying to send back items due to the extra payments so try get the right size/fitting from the get go but even I managed to put the wrong size and before it was dispatched I sent an email and they happily changed the size. You get a free tote bag and stickers which is such a nice little touch. This is the gamble you take for clothing no one usually goes for in this country. I will be back with this company
Absolutely Unacceptable and Disrespectful Service - Avoid This Store
I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I’ve encountered with this online store, specifically from a customer service representative named Ari.
To begin with, the accusation of document forgery was made against me, which I vehemently reject. This is an outrageous and disrespectful claim to make against a paying customer. As I clearly stated in my communication with them: “The signature is clearly forged. There is nothing ‘weird’ about this situation, and I expect a resolution.” I have no need to steal a sweater worth €75, and to be treated as though I would is both insulting and absurd.
Furthermore, as a seller, they bear full responsibility for the item until it is in my possession, yet I was expected to open a claim with DHL, which is absolutely not my responsibility. I made it clear to them: “I will not open a claim with DHL, as this is not my responsibility.” Should the issue not be resolved by either delivering the item or issuing a refund, I have already indicated that I will involve my lawyer, which could lead to additional costs for the seller.
The response from customer service was dismissive and utterly unhelpful. To call this situation “weird” is both disrespectful and highly inappropriate. As I said in my message: “Calling this situation ‘weird’ is both disrespectful and inappropriate. Furthermore, insinuating that I am lying or involved in document forgery is absolutely unacceptable.”
Their customer service has been shockingly rude and far from solution-oriented. I invite Ari, and anyone else from the team, to consider how they would feel if they were in my position. This is not how a business should treat its customers. If you want a smooth, respectful transaction, I highly recommend staying far away from this store.
The level of disrespect, combined with the lack of accountability, is astonishing. The fact that I had to go to such lengths to seek a resolution is unacceptable, and I will never shop here again. Do yourself a favor—avoid this store at all costs.
Scam
Make sure you read the return policy a hundred times before buying anything, they will find a way to scam you. That's what happened to me.
1 - Will make you pay a crazy amount for the return (specially if you're in the UK)
2 - Will make you wait at the very least 15 days after the package arrives at their warehouse and you have to chase them for an update
3 - They will make up signs of use and won't refund you.

T-shirts are nice looking but way too short for normal tall men (1,82m). Don‘t order there if you are not 100% sure you will keep the clothes.
