So I have been emailing back and forth for 3 days now, trying to enter a discount code for 10 items, totaling $140. Where it asks for Coupon or Code it will not offer or allow me to enter. Customer Service keeps telling me the same thing, click apply. When I do it shows none available? Not 18% for new customer (NEW18) or for purchases over $ amount (Ch20)? There is no place to manually enter and it shows as none available. I am done. Don’t need new clothes this bad.

They tried charging my debit card for an order I did not place. How they got my debit card number is definitely suspicious.

I was just looking for some clothes for a meeting. I got real nervous when I couldn’t find my order in processing or tracking. I used AfterPay and maybe that helped but everything came in this week. It’s not the best material but for the price I can’t complain. Let’s see how my 2nd order does. I’m happy with my order 😁

I just received my leopard print leggings/tights and am really happy with them. The quality is great and better than I expected. I am about a 12-14 Australian women’s size and I got the Large and it’s perfect fit. Would recommend the tights highly. Thankyou. Annette

I have been ordering emery rose from shein and never had a problem they have some lovely things that look way more expensive than they are only a couple of bits came in a bit small but easily returned but overall very happy

I ordered 4 shirts and weeks later they tell me 2 are out of stock. I finally get the other 2 and one is way too big yet I ordered it in my size. I wanted to return it and found it would cost me $7.99 to return it and the item was $12.99. Not worth my trouble! I would have never placed the whole order if I knew 2 items were out of stock

I made an order on the18th of February and I have not received an email as to where my order is or when it’s coming. They NEVER email you.

I was about to purchase a dress from their site but after seeing multiple reviews across multiple platforms that they don't offer any returns or exchanges on clothing, I've decided against it. Also alot have said they didn't receive the correct items. Thank you all for reviewing!

Do not order from them. You have to pay for returns making my return 1 cent back after I went by sizing for their size chart. Read their return and refund policy before you purchase. Poor quality Terrible Service. Worth the extra to shop from people you can trust

I bought a long dress with slits up the front for summer. It was beautiful navy knit and slits only to the knee, which is appropriate. The fit was good. The price even better. I bought another long dress black top floral bottom for summer is great. I bought a blue floral dress with a white edging fit was true to size measurements. It didn’t take long to get my items. I didn’t have to email as one should know better in business.very busy companies. I will buy again. Despite negative reviews it is not a scam I did get items.

I bought items that did arrive but were defective, with no option to return unless I wanted to pay as much as I paid for the items in the first place! The items were originally listed on SheIn. It looks like they offload things that are no good onto this site so that people won't return them.

Both, products and shipping were excellent. SHipping even saster, that said on the website. Nowdays everything comes from China, and it is a hit or miss. Emeryrose was a hit!

The customer service for this company is horrible. I received my order and one item was omitted from the shipment. I contacted their chat and was told they would check with their warehouse team (I guess to make sure I was not scamming them out of a pair of cheap earrings) and I would have to RECONTACT them in a week to start all over after they have "investigated the claim". It is the first AND LAST time I will ever order from this untrustworthy company.

This company is a scam! I cancelled my order with them almost immediately after I placed it and I tried to contact them by email multiple times before it shipped. No response until after it shipped out and I was told that I couldn't get a refund. I doubt I will get my order now either.

My first mistake was ordering directly from their website. Thought I was buying a lovely yellow tunic, what I received was a hideous muddy "yellow". Also, at the time of purchase I had seen the refund policy on the listing and believed it was eligible for returns. Only after the actual receipt did I realize it was not. So I contacted customer service, thinking maybe they'd sent me the wrong color and could help me out. They told me it was the correct color so the "best" they could do was refund 3$ so now I'm out 8$, stuck with an ugly shirt I'll never wear, and have only a week to find a replacement (it was purchased for a Disney themed party). Lastly, there is no way to leave reviews on their site. Never buying from them again.

They have the worst quality products. Customer service is terrible. I bought many online products but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Don't buy.

According to scam-doctor.com, this is probably a high risk website to buy from. In my opinion I would not but from them. Please, before you buy something from a little known website. Please do your research. Thank you.
