I placed an order for 4 items since May 25th 2020 but I only received 2 in August and it’s already october and I’m yet to receive my complete orders. The 2 items I received were of very bad quality. Don’t ever buy anything from this company it’s a scam.
I just turned 14 years old and I decided to spend my birthday money on clothes, but this is the worst experience I have ever had shopping online. the service was TERRIBLE and the clothes were made with very cheap fabric and they costed so much money. they also came so small when I ordered an XL

Purchased $200 worth of clothes and non of them fit at all. Tried to get an exchange but was told they couldn’t at first and offered me $69 voucher. They stopped communicating with me so I reached out again and was being helped by another person or probably the same person I’m not sure. They assured me I could do the exchange but once again they have stopped communicating with me. Now I have $200 worth of clothes that I will be donating to younger children since their large fits like a small/medium on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!!
Doesn’t deserve a piece of a star, everything is horrible: the shipping, the handling, the fabrics, the customer service, what ever you think of.. it’s horrible. I wouldn’t advise you to buy a piece of paper from this site!!! They should be in prison for false advertising!
This site is the biggest scam. It takes forever for the order to arrive, and when you try to get in contact with them they don't answer.
When I finally got the stuff it wasn't the clothing that I ordered and now I need to contact them to get a refund label, so good luck with that.
What ever you do, don’t order from this website. I ordered a hoodie, and it took 3 months to be delivered. I ordered a large size, and they sent me an XXL. The quality of the material was also incredibly poor and the colours were not the same as in the online pictures. They would not offer me a full refund unless I paid for the return postage, which was half the price of the hoodie.
It took 3 months to get what I ordered. When I got it I was highly disappointed. Very poor quality material. You could do better buying at Walmart. Clothes did not fit. Everything was too small. When I asked for an RMA to return the items for a full refund they offered me $30 and said I could give the items to someone because the cost of return shipping was too high. Your problem not mine. I disputed the transaction with my bank and returned the items to the return address on the shipping label. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT WASTEE YOUR MONEY!
It has been three months now, and I have to move out to other place soon. I have been requesting anything that I could ask for but they all say the same thing. I spent over a hudred bucks there, and nothing they can do other than tracking my item which I also can do it myself. They do not give a damn once your order is paid and sent out. I wish I saw these others reviews before ordering from this website.
No customer service at all, product quality is really bad, when I made a purchase I didn't get any email confirmation or anything, also not possible to return products or ask for a refund. Stay away from here
This website and everything about them is a complete joke, still don’t know why the website is still working And haven’t been flagged. They won’t deliver as they said, no refunds and still no replies from their customer service to know what the cause is. A complete scam.
