Same day, great service
Called on Saturday morning with an overflowing toilet (which thankfully stopped) due to a blocked drain. Attended in the afternoon and communicated with us through the day to keep us up to date on their arrival. The specialist was great and the service was brilliant. Would highly recommend the company and would use them again.

Positive:
Prompt, punctual and solved the problem.
Negative:
the plumbers started by cutting an access hole in the wall just above the WC. It turned out that this hole was completely unnecessary and they could do the job by simply moving the bowl (30 min job). They left without repairing the wall because they did not have caulk/polyfiller. This was not emergency work, they had been on site 2 weeks prior to assess what needs to be done. Damage to the wall and re-decoration costs could have been avoided if they tried the less invasive procedure first.

Excellent Service
Amazing friendly service. Really quick to visit, no call out charge and thoroughly checked all plumbing in the house and outside drains/man hole to see where the problem was (as I didn't have a clue!). Very pleased. Will use again and recommend to others.

Great Service, Competitive Price
Came on the same day and cleared our drain quickly with no mess and no fuss. It was the cheapest deal I could find in a hurry and there were no callout fees or hidden charges. Nice job, nice guy!
