Go Straight To The Plumber Instead
Plumber sent was great, pricing was not nor clearly communicated. Initially told it would be under 1 hour of work to fix which would be £140 (expecting callout fee to be included). I get that things don't always take the estimated time but it needs to be clearly communicated to customers that each hour is £140 as that is significantly higher than any going hourly rate for plumbers. Will be going direct to the plumber next time for half the hourly rate (as confirmed by them) and will not be using nor recommending this service.

Had a great job in my house by fixing my toilet system and installing new pipes. Josh was very responsible for his job and well-organised.
Appreciated the fact that he came in 1 hour and 10 minutes instead of 1 hour and reduced the price by 20%.
