Decent gloves. Very poor service.
Gloves look decent, although yet unused (nitrile moto) and are true to size.
Service very poor. Not despatched for three days and emails initially unanswered. Despatch finally confirmed and arrived the following day (Royal Mail). Box in very poor condition. A combination of poor packaging (plastic bag) and clearly being old stock. Had to tape it back together. Clearly, damage to the gloves isn't really an issue but the box acts as a dispenser and should last a decent amount of time.
I received a grudging apology but no response to questioning the delivery charge of £7.19. Perhaps acceptable if next day delivery but excessive when it takes four days.
Sadly, this my experience of dealing with companies in Germany. They don't like being challenged and would rather argue with you than offer to resolve the situation. Stereotypes exist for a reason.
