We recently had our installation by Emerald Green. From start to finish was excellent, starting with Graeme who came to see us initially, to installation & afterwards. Can’t fault anyone of there services, would recommend.

All details explained well when we first met, job started quickly and then finished quickly, so far so good. Just a little issue on the measurements of the number of panels needed and the layout, as they use Google earth to measure the roof that at first didn’t turnout to be correct,

My overall experience has been very positive, the sales process was great and I felt informed to make the decision right for me. The installation was equally good and the guys that attended were brilliant in their guidance of how the install should be done and listened to our needs and then executed well. I have had some small niggles afterwards but nothing that should deter anyone

From the initial visit consultation and proposal through to install everything was great. All my questions answered in detail, installation was booked quick after I decided to have the solar system installed. The team who installed the system did a really tidy job and put everything exactly where I wanted it. No real need for the after sales support so far but the couple of things I did need help with were sorted straight away.

Overall a good experience but initial plan for scaffolding to be erected then it was only on the day of installation that the scaffolding was erected. But installation didn’t disrupt me much but drilling noise was a little difficult at times as I work from home. Overall a good experience sales answered all questions with a lot of backing information and a neat and tidy installation

Emerald Solar have just installed solar panels, inverter and batteries. Installation very quick and well coordinated (ie scaffolders, delivery of panels etc, electricians all on time with no delays). Was kept informed at every stage. Recommended.

Such a smooth process to get my solar installed! They look modern, they work perfectly, and I've been loving watching the battery fill up and the monthly electricity bill go down.

My solar panels were just installed, and I love checking the app to see my home’s energy status. I can see how much power we are using, how much the panels are generating, how much is stored in the battery, and how much comes from the grid. It feels like a dashboard in a hybrid car. Very interesting!

I also want to thank Jamie for visiting our home and giving a kind and professional assessment with a quote that suited us perfectly. The following week, the installation team and the electrician came and finished everything, including the scaffolding, in just two days.

Shoaib has been very friendly and patient, answering all my questions by email and WhatsApp. There was a small issue with the system, but Shoaib contacted the electrician, and solved it quickly with a short phone call.

Emerald Green Energy’s no-upfront, maintenance-included plan is perfect for me. I’m so happy my home is now powered by solar energy, and I’ve already recommended this company to my friends and neighbors.
