Great quality blinds. Very helpful service and quick delivery. Would recommend Emerald Blinds.

Wanted a no drill roller blind to avoid drilling into porcelain tiles. Contacted Emerald Blinds and found the staff to be very helpful so went ahead and ordered the blind. Blind was easy to fit after a little fiddling with the adjustment blocks and is very secure. Looks very smart with the matching cassete. Would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

Well packed up. Bit tricky to install but got there eventually. Staff were very helpful.

Blinds were good value and delivered promptly. On the couple of occasions we've had to phone them to ask for advice, they've been friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

The allusion blinds are perfect. We initially had a problem with them spanning the track but this was quickly rectified after phoning and talking to them.

All I can say fantastic service from placing the order and the delivery.
I requested the blind to be delivered before a very important date and it was definitely here and it fit’s perfectly.
Do what I did have a chat and tell them exactly what you want and ask as many question’s and the answers will be given.

Blind seems like good quality and it came quickly.

Only reason for marking it down is that the samples get quite expensive when you need a few (they are very big pieces) and it doesn’t come with the screws that you need.

However I would use again 👍🏻

Blind looks superb, and the fit and finish are excellent. Arrived earlier than the promised lead time, extremely carefully wrapped. Overall an excellent experience with this company.

I ordered this same order from one of your competitors after 1 month they had not delivered the order and said that they would be unable to deliver for another four weeks - the order was cancelled. I made the order with Emerald, not only was the order cheaper but it was delivered within 36 hours- great service
