It took 34 days by the time we placed our order to the time it was delivered. The invoice says it will take 7-9 business days. We received no receipt of payment and therefore no tracking number either. Once it got to 21 days of still waiting, Roy who took my order originally failed twice to respond to my emails about the boxes where abouts. For the lack of customer service, I will never deal with this business again.

Dealing with Martin Shaw at Emenac Packaging was very easy and straight forward. I’m sure my order was not straight forward as we made several changes to our lipstick boxes. This included the right color scheme and logo of our brand we needed on the boxes. In spite of many alterations, my account handler was extremely helpful and positive throughout the entire process. He also assured that we receive our boxes on the scheduled time. Ask for Martin whenever you have any need of custom packaging.

It’s a good company to have boxes of your own choice. I enjoyed working with Emenac Packaging team and never have any problem in any way. They are very productive, fast and organized as well. I received my order ahead of time. I would definitely recommend anyone to make orders from them.

Emenac Packaging has been great to work with. We've done two projects with them, and the first one had some challenges to get it right. However, they worked with us to keep trying different solutions, and eventually we got it right.
