Terrible customer service

I don't understand these positive reviews. The customer service is atrocious. They never responded back at all over chat, and when I pointed out a a mistake on the confirmation over text, they ignored me and then started arguing with me, and bizarrely blaming me for not verifying my email, which they never even asked for. Spent several days trying to get it right and finally had to cancel. Frustrating and totally unhelpful, they are clearly outsourcing their terrible customer service

DO NOT RECOMMEND- Very odd way of treating customers.
I wanted my cats face on a few shirts and a bag.
simple enough.
The eyes kept coming back different sizes/shapes along with a rude and blunt response.
Having showed it to others (who laughed at the results) I shared the rude messages to make sure I wasn't misreading the tone. I wasn't, it was just bizarre and they seemed to want an argument over one very small change.

I ended up cancelling my order.

I went with a different company who instantly produced better results and with one polite change have already started making my shirts.

Terrible decision to try and get a…

Terrible decision to try and get a sweatshirt of my cat. The picture looked NOTHING like my cat. When I raised issue with it I was told it would be $10 to change it. It’s now $10 to get a refund. So I’m out money and didn’t get what I paid for.

Avoid buying their products

We were willing to change the photo for you one time for free, which are required 10$ when you did not like the original design with your original photo. After that you still didn't like the new one, and we were willing to make any changes, but you didn't give any guideline and wanted to cancel.

Our store policy stated clearly about the return/refund section that a portion of the bill will be kept as the expense for previous work after the digital proof released.

We're sorry that our product did not meet your need, but we believe the bad review is not accurately right for our work, and also for our store. We hope to have a change to work with you in the future, we will offer special discounts for you.

Failed to embed the correct embroidery

To match outfits with my partner, I bought a custom hoodie from this company for $118 to receive it had been completed incorrectly. When I looked through the terms and conditions it said it could take up to 24 hours for a response, but instead it 10 days for them to respond, including us doing a follow up email. Due to the mistake on their behalf, I requested a refund and only received 50% back on the jumper, which didn’t include the cost for shipping. This took a total of 3 weeks to resolve and now I cannot match with my partner and am not happy at all.

Firstly, we want to apologize for the trouble and inconvenience caused during the process, we could not make you happy with the purchase.

Secondly, we want to clarify about the refund, which we did with our conversation via email, but you did not satisfy with the solution.

Your order value is 78.25$ US. The value of the item is 48.25$ US, and 30$ US is the expense for the international delivery. After our communication, the product arrived not align with your customization in the sleeve design. We then clarified very clearly that our best solution is the 50% refund of the item's value (which is 25$). We cannot send the refund of the delivery fee like you requested (which is not having any issue). We know it's our fault that the product did not arrive in the best condition, which it should be. However, we truly think that our solution is the fair solution for the case, we tried our best to assist you in the whole process although we are in the different time zones and different countries.

In conclusion, we apologize for all the problems, all the discomfort you had been through, the solution we offered was the best thing we can do, and we're sorry if that offer could not make you satisfied.
