Two designs, many issues
I ordered two designs one of which was completely off in its stitches. I was able to complete the project, but not really satisfied.

The embroidery files are expensive & only list Madeira thread colors
The embroidery files are expensive and they only list Madeira thread colors. One problem is that mapping Madeira thread colors to Brother colors is very time consuming and subjective. Support offered websites for the conversion from Madeira to Brother thread colors. Due to the high price, one would expect more help.

Designs are a bit pricey for the…
Designs are a bit pricey for the quality sometimes. Since I have started purchasing from them, the price has doubled. Sometimes outlines of the patterns are visually not perfect. Good to have 3-4 different sizes in the package. Have been a customer for years because they have a lot of hard-to-find Disney patterns.

Unhappy customer
I initially had to wait and then remind them to send my files due to some technical error which was fine but to then have to chase them the next day for the file wasn’t good. When I did get them I tested the pattern and returned it for tweaking due to the outline not matching up to the outline of the design. There was also too much neatening up to do with run stitches. They were very quick to email and resolve the problem but it still wasn’t 100% so I returned it again and have chased many times with no response. This isn’t what I expect for the price I paid.

Think your designs are great
Think your designs are great. When I stitch out the designs they also are great. My only problem is there are some designs with many jump stitches that that quite a while to remove. If there was a way to get less jump stitches, I would be a happy man.
