EmberDial is an outbound sales dialer and calling workspace for US sales teams and agencies, including life insurance and final expense teams. We bring calling, customer context and follow-up together so agents can focus on the conversation. Teams can run power or predictive campaigns, or dial manually from the browser. Local caller ID, live transcripts, recordings, call summaries and scheduled callbacks keep the details of each conversation close at hand. Number reputation monitoring helps managers track the health of their calling numbers. Optional Agent Assist offers suggested responses from your playbook during live calls. The agent stays in control of what they say. Coaching tools help teams review conversations, work on missed moments and prepare for the next call, while optional voice roleplay gives agents a place to practice openings and objections. For owners and managers, EmberDial brings campaign management, team reporting and a live floor view into the same workspace. Calling capacity is shared across shifts through concurrent calling licenses. Our platform also includes DNC checks, calling-hour controls and audit logs to support your agency’s calling policies. Visit emberdial.com to explore the product, see published pricing and request a demo. Existing customers can contact info@emberdial.com for support. We welcome honest feedback about your experience with EmberDial.

EmberDial has revolutionized the…

EmberDial has revolutionized the outbound sales calling initiative of Cognitivv’s GTM efforts. We are able to call multiple leads efficiently and effectively. It is feature-packed, one of my favorites being the feature where the platform is able to identify moments during the engagement which benefit or detract from the sale. Also, their support team is responsive and prompt at solving any issue and are privy to implementing custom solutions for our business without any hesitation.
