We take claims like this very seriously, so it’s important to address them clearly.

We do not block cancellation attempts. All members can cancel directly from their account dashboard at any time. The cancellation process is automated and does not require approval from our team. Once cancelled correctly, you receive an on-screen confirmation and an email confirming the cancellation.

We also do not block password changes. Members can reset their password at any time using the “Forgot Password” option or the Magic Link sent to the registered email address. Our records indicate you successfully received and opened the password reset email, and changed your password on Feb 18, 2026, 7:57 PM GMT.

We do not operate scams. We operate a subscription-based digital platform with clear terms, visible cancellation controls, and secure account management.

To clarify, when you signed up for the 3-day free trial, you were granted full view-only access to all our PDF manuals in our library, as clearly outlined on the signup page and FAQs. Free trials do not include downloads.

Because you did not cancel your trial before it ended, you were automatically enrolled into our standard monthly plan—as clearly presented during signup and in the terms. This is not suspicious; it’s how most digital subscriptions work.

You’ve since been in touch with our support team, who reactivated your account upon request. We can also see you’ve now successfully downloaded the LG F1480RDS Service Manual and Repair Guide.

If you don’t wish to be charged again, please ensure you cancel before 3rd March, as you now have full access to the platform until then.

We’re always happy to clarify and assist, but please be fair when making public claims.
