I recently used this removal company and had a great experience. The team was professional, punctual, and very careful with all of our belongings. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a stressful moving day much easier.

Best house removal company

Extremely disappointed. They were over 30mins late (I had to call, to chase). They arrived with no blankets or bubble wrap as promised. My unprotected TV was shoved into the front seat & a removal man had to hang his feet over it.
Men were pleasant enough, but supervisor took 20+ lengthy calls, including pulling over at the side of rd for call with the less than 10min journey between properties. I was being charged by the hr, so you can imagine we ran over.
The lack of care when moving my bulky furniture was the biggest problem - no blankets & forcing things through narrow areas results in scraped wallpaper, a damaged intercom phone & a massive scratch in the front door - all in my old property. In my new property, scuffs on the wall & scuffs in my brand new herringbone flooring because they had my detached sofa on its side (metal attached to attach to other piece) & dragged it a little across the floor - the supervisor seemed disinterested. I sent photos of the floor to the call taker & flagged the endless calls which delayed the process, but I was offered no discount or compensation.
I discovered last night that they didn’t put a vital screw into my ottoman bed - a screw, for a bracket which holds 2 corners together & also hold up the frame for the slats (holding the mattress) when the mechanism opens & closes. Thankfully, I don’t sleep on that side of the bed, so didn’t sit or sleep in it causing the entire thing to collapse. I’m already disabled - imagine how someone could’ve injured themselves.
