Great interface and easy to use with templates!

Very easy to create and manage email signatures. I am able to quickly create signatures for new hires and maintain a uniform look for all staff.

Signature Rescue makes it very easy to make changes online - which then automatically flows into your mail app - when setup correctly.
Be sure to follow their setup instructions- so all is setup correctly for automatic adjustments.
They also provide many useful templates - but I find that the horizontally oriented ones do not work well on vertically oriented phones.

Email Signature Rescue has been my email signature 'lifesaver' for many years. I've easily used it on various email clients and had never any issues with it. It requires a tiny bit of tech-savvy ness (or just patience) to use it at its full potential. Despite that, I like it a lot as it gives my business correspondence a professional feel without limiting my creative input—recommended.

Easily the best email signature app out there!

Good product and makes assigning signatures to your team really easy. Little bit particular about the image size and dimensions etc. and doesn't tell you what scale was used previously so you need to remember that but that's my only gripe. Otherwise, a really simple and easy to use signature software

It is easy to make professional email signatures with features that weren't allowed by Outlook, but it now works in Outlook. Also easy to adjust, and easy to duplicate to make temporary changes like a Christmas message. Don't have to be a creative, the templates make it simple to get started. We've been using it for a few years now.

The email signatures are super easy to use and I love how easy it is for our team to be able to add them to their different email platforms. I would highly recommend Email Signature Rescue if you're in need of a professional signature.
