I got charged despite deleting the credit card details. When I go to the subscription page I saw I was still signed up.

When I proceeded to cancel they literally have no option. I then contacted the support *Baptiste via live chat who was extremely aggressive and mentioned they only allow cancellation via chat.

They use their own growth hack tools against the clients who sign up. Don't use this platform and make sure to read the cancellation policies as they are very illusive. I have taken screenshots of the evidence.
