Not having had my hair permed since pre covid but knowing exactly what I wanted, most salons would go they know best. Not Em2 , they listened to me, what I wanted to get out of the restyle how I wanted it to sit, how much curl.
They spent time in the preparation, treatments, testing, and on the day when it came to perming, they couldn't have been more caring, more thoughtful, more fun to be with.
I've never walked into a salon where you feel at home and part of the family before. No part of the process was rushed, they took their time to ensure the best result was produced. No heavy pressure to buy extras and exceptionally reasonable pricing.
As an added bonus when I was there they received confirmation that they had just won Hair Salon of the Year! Truly award winning service.
I will be returning, again and again and again.
