Great for contractor bookings.. Ellen offered to overhaul my airbnb listing to attract longer stays and contractors for one of my properties.

Within 2 days, I got a 5 day stay worth £1200 and the next week another contractor stay worth £1000 and now just about to secure a 6 week stay work £210 per night..
