The video of the man using the eye bags tightening cream looked so great, and I ordered 2 tubes. Unfortunately when used there was absolutely no difference in my eye bags!!!! I kept trying but nothing!!! I emailed to demand a refund, but no reply. This company are currupt scammer!!! AVOID!

Elysian veil eye tightener. Does not work. Smells like chemicals. Made my eyes sting.

I bought Elysian Veil™ Temporary Eye Tightener and its rubbish. The advert is clearly misleading and doesnt do what is says it will do. Absolute waste of money

Not as expected doesn’t tighten the skin around eyes forehead or mouth….wish I had read reviews first as numerous consumers reporting same thing.

This Company needs to be reported to trading standards . I tried to cancel my order the following day of order I sent 3 emails to cancel and refund all ignored. The jacket arrived stupidly small for a XL , the material was very thin the stitching loose and zero labelling. I tried return it sent pictures etc, zero response from 6 emails, this company robs you blind do not use them

I have been waiting months (since Feb 2025) for a response from this company with no reply at all. I ordered a UK size 6 (EU 39) but received a shoe labelled as a UK size 4. When I didn’t hear back from them, I asked a friend who is a UK size 4 to try them on — she couldn’t even fit into them, which confirms that the sizing is completely incorrect.

I still haven’t received any guidance, refund or exchange, and customer service has not responded to any of my messages. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.

Absolutely no communication to the emails about returning the items. And its no return address in the package or on the website. Defitinely a spam website!

Ordered a blue jacket size L in May with enough time for for an event, the event came & went 4 weeks ago. The jacket finally turned up...green and XXL!
I have tried to contact the company & got an email reply, we have moved factory and can't deal with your request at this time!
Don't waste your money on this poorly run, misleading outfit.

Waited nearly 1 month for delivery of shoes that arrived but were at least four sizes too small. Despite frequent requests for refund and returns acknowledgement….no response. This company is obviously just one big con so don’t go near them. NK

Advertise Genuine Leather boots but received Vinyl/plastic. Ignored my emails.

Received a faulty item and replied as soon as it arrived. No response for weeks and when they did respond they said it was there policy not to return after a week (which I had emailed in they just had not responded) £50 down very disappointed

Ordered the Ralph Lauren two piece. Paid £50. It’s not worth £5. Shocking quality. I usually check reviews first but forgot this time. Do not buy from this website. They are complete scammers.

Ordered a Ralph Lauren 2 peace short set- reduced to £50, it arrived it was fake, no Ralph Lauren labels, material cheap, loose thread everywhere. Awful.Dissapointedy. Won't use this site again.
