Fabulous hotel! Staff were extremely friendly, courteous & accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
Welcome drinks & snacks await you on arrival & we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea view room. Bedrooms are spacious & comfortable with a well stocked mini bar, coffee machine & tea/ coffee making facilities. There are several pools to choose from & the pool barman was very helpful,
( regrettably we didn’t get his name), sourcing requested drinks & even going to the main bar to make them while we had lunch. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful in providing a courtesy room for us to prepare for our late departure. The Hotel is just on the outskirts of Marbella & a short taxi ride away. I have stayed in Marbella many times & this hotel is a real gem. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

attempts to contact customer service staff for assistance with our booking, we received no reply whatsoever. As a result, we were financially impacted and unnecessarily stressed. Will never use again.

Wanted to cancel but no contact my mails will not be answered. I am not happy.

I had my doubts about this web because I read some bad reviews, but everything was ok. When I saw that my reservation was already made, I contacted the hotel and they reconfirmed that everything was fine.

We booked a hotel in Mexico (and paid for) and when we arrived there we were told that the reservation was made at another hotel. It is impossible to join the Elvoline group either by mail or by telephone even the international lines.
Very disappointed, I do not recommend this site.

No complications. We just enjoyed our stay.

I got a very good price for excellent accommodation, much cheaper than other sites. I will definitely use Elvoline again.

My first online booking. I found it super easy to book and prices were very reasonable. I had an issue when I checked in at the hotel though and unfortunately the hotel wouldn't sort out the issue and left it in my hands to handle so that was a little frustrating. I think I ended up paying more money then I needed to for my reservation.
