As a Mayo fan I wanted to buy some mementos from the All Ireland Football Final 2026. Reasonably priced and between An Post and the Post Office the parcel arrived quicker than I expected. I have not purchased too much from Elverys in the past but never had any issues.

Customer service online is non existent, phone lines are not picked up ever although the number is advertised. Very frustrating.
I had to go to a branch to sort out an issue I had with an online order - the staff in Drogheda branch were absolutely lovely and very helpful but the email customer service was quite frankly very vague and not very polite. Absolutely no regard for how they put you out with their errors, they also blank the fact that their phones lines are not picked up.
Trust pilot asks you to date your experience but I’ve been trying to sort it for a week not just one day.
