Geen enkele vorm van communicatie
Na bestellen mail gestuurd om te annuleren: geen reactie. Ook na later bericht bleef antwoord uit. Retourformulier staat op website vermeld, "zie hieronder", maar geen linkje.
Product blijkt bij nader inzien uit Wuhan te komen - dat had ik graag vooraf willen weten.
