Elta courier in MOIRES is the worst courier ever! It is runned by 2 children at the moment …they write they’ve been to your house and you were not at home. But in reality your parcel is in their store, they don’t even call you and when you find out, after searching for your parcel yourself, that it’s there ,you go to the store yourself, they cannot find it and ask you to come back. It is terrible and each time the same. They are rude and incompetent!

My parcel from Temu has been in transit at K.D.T. Athens for 13 days. No communication possible! Other parcels which were ordered much later but for which a different courier was used, have arrived days ago. Just avoid Elta Courier, it's a waste of time. There are plenty of good couriers in Greece.

Can see that the parcel has arrived in the country weeks ago, has cleared customs and yet nothing has arrived. Where are we? Is this Europe?
Incompetent and fraud
I have not received the package from this company since 3 weeks of my order. I have contacted them many times but they never solved the problem. They invented excuses to not make the delivery to the address, once the address was supposedly missing, one other time they said the temperatures were too high to make the delivery by motorbike and the next time they lied that they had not found the person at the address when in fact they didn't even contact the person who was supposed to pick up the package. This company is incompetent and a fraud.

It has been about over a year that absolutely no package arrives in a timely manner, domestic shipments take over two weeks to be delivered, they NEVER pick up the phone in the ONLY phone number you can reach them.
The "supervisors" answer emails, apologising for the delays and always blaming their extremely huge amount of deliveries which is the same "copy-pasted" excuse! They are understaffed , many of their spots are closed and shouldn't be accepting new customers AT ALL. I avoid every e shop that works with ELTA courier!

I am rating the ELTA courier service specifically, and I have to say that they are no longer a courier or a service.

Severely Disappointed by This “Express” Service
We paid a premium for express international delivery from Greece — expecting reliability, professionalism, and efficiency. Instead, the package has been stuck at the Athens airport for over seven days, with no updates or transparency.
This delay defeats the entire purpose of express shipping. Worse, the complete lack of communication reflects a serious failure in customer service and logistics.
Unless this is resolved immediately, I will be taking further action and strongly discouraging others from using this service. At this price point, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.
Use a different service
As with everyone else. Slow service is one thing - you can blame staff shortages for that, or lack of training or whatever. But the customer service is absolutely appalling. Not only are they incompetent (again, you could blame a lack of training or poorly planned process for that), but they are outright hostile from the very greeting. I just had a customer service agent try to scold me (!) because SHE misheard me over the phone and put in the wrong code. Of course it turned out she couldn’t help me, surprise surprise! Horrific. I get better customer service at the periptero. Use any other delivery service - this might seem like the more economical option, but trust me, there’s a reason. If you actually care about it reaching its destination, avoid ELTA like the plague.

Well what can i write about this courier that others havent wrote here ? It is one of the worst companies in the field of delivery, service and reviews. When we want to describe the modern Greek culture, Elta Courier is exactly the company. No one takes responsibility for their actions and this is audacity when there are no consequences.Simple like that

Experience from 3 missions. The 2 were lost and I am waiting for the third letter, from 2 months ago. When they send me correspondence with this company owned by Eurobank, I consider it a loss in advance.

The woman working in the call center of elta courier today from 10:00 was extremely rude and after asking a couple of questions decided to hang up.
ELTA courier is the absolutely worse and the personnel should at least be given a manner course.

they do not deliver the parcels, they do not even leave the note. It happened twice. Both times we had around 20kg box so obviously they did not want to carry it to the 3rd floor. Disgusting service. We have made an official complain to track the parcels ourselves. One of the parcels we retrieved after 2 months!
