I ordered 3 (buy two get one free). They took ages to arrive, and once they did they just didn't work. I contacted the company to take advantage of their "30-day perfect fit guarantee," which turns out to be the offer of a different size at "no extra charge." I was told that there would be no problem, and it would cost me £11.32 for shipping for the new size! Very misleading, if not to say dishonest. Besides this very deceptive policy, the bra itself isn't going to work for large-breasted women, there is almost no support. I'll have to put this one down to experience, and do more research next time. UPDATE: The company contated me stating that the postage fee was actually £11.97 (3.99 for 3 vests)! I had said that I was going to leave a negative review here, and that I was going to refer them to Trading Standards; I was offered a 25% refund. I said that I would settle for 50%, and have just received confirmation that the 50% refund has been processed. I would have asked for full reimbursement, but I acknowledge that I did not do my due diligence, so the fault is partyly mine. Live and learn. I will say, though, that I was treated very respectfully throughout the whole process.

UPDATE
My first refund request email citing UK Consumer Law resulted in an offer of 50% refund. I refused . My next email stated that I was going to request a charge back from my bank because the goods were 'not fit for purpose and not as described'. I have had a long wait but can confirm that the full 100% has been refunded today 16.06.2026.
If you make the mistake of buying these terrible vests, keep pushing for your full money back!

Items took weeks to arrive. Quality is dreadful, colours are not as depicted, fit is atrocious.
I responded to the email address provided to request a refund as is my right under UK law but have been loudly ignored 😡

I received 2 vests I ordered which were large. I couldn't barely get them over my head! I'm a size 12 so ordered a size up but still really small 'China again'. I emailed and they replied pretty quickly but said to keep the vests I have and they will send replacements but I have to pay 8.95 for the privilege! Cost me about 33 pounds in the first place! I wish I'd read the reviews first! Money lost!

Awful material. Despite their ad saying ‘easy returns’ I was offered a 20% refund. These vests are overpriced and cheap material. Very misleading advertising.

Breathable sleeveless tops provide decent support while allowing comfortable movement. Return and color exchange service worked adequately overall.

Well what can I say the sizes are appalling small i ordered a large im sorry but it wouldnt fit a child! the material is shocking and the finish is terrible if i can work out how to return them i will be returning them failing that the only place these will be going is the bin !

I needed to return the vest I was sent as it did not suit me and I then entered into a dialogue about no returns and they would give me 20% refund. The last offer was 30% which is £5.98 after spending £19.95. They point blank would not supply me with a return address so I had no choice but to accept. I see from other reviews, other people got 50% refund. What a shambles. I wish I had read trustpilot before and I hope noone orders from them. The vest was very poor quality too. A horrible experience.

Terrible. Nothing like the pics. Material is dreadful, rough edges, pads are useless & lumpy. Sizing ridiculous. Wish I'd checked before I purchased. Based on other reviews will not bother to attempt a return.
DO NOT BUY!

Casual cotton tanktops stay fairly comfortable during household chores and short walks. Exchange request was handled politely, though response time could improve a bit.

No stars at all really, nothing like their ad, material is too flimsy to hold anything in,
Cups very shallow,
Sizing far bigger
And no indication or paperwork what to do to send back.
Have emailed and been told someone would be in touch
To sort out a ‘resolution’ for me, when what I want is
My money back ! As the product is too inferior for use.
Am very angry, was dubious in ordering at all and tried to cancel within 10 minutes of ordering, but could not they said ! These things are all the same by the look of it, just with different names selling them.
Certainly won’t be fooled again like this .

Just an update, have been offered a 77% refund,
Someone else came on an offered 33% as best they could do !
Reminded them I’d accepted 77% and that they didn’t stick to their policy of 1hr change of mind, when I’d tried to cancel within 10 minutes.
Am now awaiting the 77% refund which could take 10 days to reach my account…. Also add they said would cost more to send back so told me I could keep the useless things too …… so their entire ad was not genuine.

Do not buy these. Just received mine. They are nothing even remotely as shown in the Web site. They are like bits of polyester rags. Raw edges just cut off and not hemmed. In addition got random colours and sizes! Not what I ordered. I have emailed them and am currently waiting for a response but don't hold out much hope after reading the reviews. In future I will definitely read all reviews before I buy ANYTHING. ***UPDATE*** I have just had a full refund paid back into my bank account. I refused a replacement and asked for a refund which they have now given. However my original review about the quality etc is still correct. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars purely because I did get a full refund

Poor fit,bra pads move or are in the wrong position.Underarm fit and shoulder fit all wrong,and they are small. I thought they were cotton or similar and are a nasty polyester.
Despite saying easy returns in the advert,there are no returns possible.
After an e mail conversation,I am getting a 50% refund,but have still lost 50% of my original purchase price.
The Facebook posts imply a group of lovely middle aged ladies packing,dispatching and wearing...totally misleading, one e mail referred to their overseas warehouse !

Shocking service. Vest is terrible fabric. It's like swimming costume material. Requested a refund, they said no. Offer a 20% refund and said keep the top and gift to a friend. Shocking dont use them. Ive lost £20 and wouldn't wear or gift it. Very unhappy 🙁

Really bad quality and small fit. Seams not finished and single layer of fabric which is very synthetic whereas pictures in ad look like cotton and hemmed.

Contacted for refund and costs £3.99 to get another size send out. You cannot return and get money back.

My order arrived , it was dreadful material which was not like advertised and terrible fit.
I have been in contacted for a returns and refund but have been told they don’t do full refunds, and are trying to say it would cost me more to return ( overseas) at first claiming they were based in the Netherlands.

I have been offered 50% after much correspondence.
I do believe they are likely to be based in China, and I could kick myself for ordering .
Please avoid this company or any others that sell the same product but under a different name.

Do not buy! Please do not waste your money like I have. The material is flimsy and cheap looking, the bust area is bumpy and looks unslighty - an awful item.

The quality of the tops is dreadful. Thin, no hem and ridiculously tight. Their email address sends emails bouncing back so the only way to contact the Company is via the form on their website. The website claims to have a returns policy and yet if you look there clearly isn’t one. When I asked to do a return they told me they don’t do returns, so they are intentionally misleading potential customers by reassuring them that they can return the vests they buy if not satisfied. The only reason they replied to me was because, after several unanswered messages, I threatened to raise a dispute with my bank. They then replied and eventually I was offered a £19.95 refund on the four tops I had ordered. In their message they say it’s not worth the cost to them of doing a return to ‘the Netherlands.’ My suspicion is that the vests are actually from China. I also think that their failure to have a returns policy is illegal. This company should be shut down.

The lesson I learned from this is don’t buy from companies that you stumble across on Facebook, or elsewhere, without checking out their history and reviews, and do not rely on the reviews on their website.

Thin, flimsy material - you couldn’t wear it as a tee shirt, as shown in their pictures. Pads are awful, giving a shelf-like bust. Neckline is loose and floppy. Do not recommend.

Further to my initial review, poor quality vests arrived. I requested a full refund from this 'British' company, and was told that as the goods come from overseas, it would cost a lot to send them back!
They have offered me 30% refund, but i have already raised a dispute with my bank.
Do not trade with this company.

If you email this company, the email** bounces back ("I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below"). My credit card company temporarily froze my card when I made the order but I realised too late that I had somehow approved payment for two vests, not one. The fabric is flimsy and puckers at the front. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! **Update: after another email to the company, they replied and, to be fair, offered to exchange the vests for a different size. But that wouldn't help - the band that goes under the bust has very little stretch and slips up if I raise my arms, but the cups are small and close together. So I'm giving the vests to a charity shop and Elsie's say they will give me a 20% refund (I wasn't going to risk sending them back). I still wouldn't do business with them again.
