Schlechteste Trage und Kundendienst aller Zeiten

Haben die Elsa und Emil Trage gekauft. Der Stoff ist zu glatt, sodas sich die Trage bei längerer Benutzung löst/lockert! Der Kundendienst schreibt mir immer wieder das dies nicht sein könnte und ich soll ein Video davon schicken wie ich mein Kind stundenlang trage und sich der knoten lockert/löst…macht man gern…sich selbst mit Kleinkind und Baby stundenlang zu filmen. Miserabler Kundendienst …es ist unser 5. Kind und unsere 4. Trage (Ergobaby, Manduca, storchenwiege) hatten mit keiner der Tragen Probleme. Diese taugt leider nichts (besser bei namenhaften Herstellern kaufen). Auf Grund des schlechten Kundendienstes (Schreiben immer nur das dies nicht sein kann man Binde falsch…haben uns extra Videos, TikToks usw angeschaut um eventuelle bindefehler auszuschließen)139€ für Nix FUTSCH! SCHADE! Haben jetzt eine trage in der das Baby nur schlafen kann wenn man es festhält-also wertlos!

Absolute Katastrophe

Absolute Katastrophe. Nach 2 Monaten Nutzung ist der Kinderwagen hin. Reifen schief, alles wackelt super stark. Wir bereuen den Kauf.
