I ordered a pair of shoes through Bydude and the shoes are really cute, however, they are definitely not worth the price. They are missing several rhinestones. I contacted the company at the email address and never received a response. The dress I purchased was sized as a medium, but it’s like XS.
Ordered a dress, the dress colour that arrived wasn’t even one of the colours advertised. Customer Service terrible, tried to persuade me to keep it as a gift, wouldn’t acknowledge the colour was incorrect and offered a very low amount as a refund. Had to go via PayPal in the end to request a full refund.
Do not buy from this company. I ordered a swimsuit two months ago and when I asked them to chase the order they said it was “on its ways”. I’ve asked for a refund and they said they can’t do this because the item has been dispatched. Waste of time and money.
Same as other customers - constant email updates but nothing ever arrives. Directed to their "customer service" which had an "expired URL". Avoid,avoid, avoid!
Paid for swimsuit and constant updates by email with tracking. Total scam as nothing ever arrives, they just make it look like it’s on its way to you. Similar tracking info sent by a different seller in the past for other items that never appeared. Beware !!!
