RV was modern and clean! Gio and all the staff in San Bernardino are awesome!

We've rented fron el monte several times. Always a great experience. The reason I only gave you 3 stars is that this time rv had a few issues. The only usb that worked was the one on the radio all other either didn't work or would discharge devices. Also rv had alot of road noise. Other than that we had a good time and we will rent again.

The staff was professional and easy to work with. Asking questions prior to picking up the RV was painless and all questions were answered without delay. The drop off was quick and easy. They even showed me a rebate (AAA) that I didn't know about beforehand and ended up giving me back $300 from my prepaid rental. Great experince!!!

Good attitudes answered all questions and concerns even stayed till the last minute for our family to get our RV, quality equipment and very good crew working there!! Will be back for another

What a great (and rare) experience. Everything from the user- friendly website for research and booking process, to the polite and helpful staff at the San Bernardino location (shout out to Gio). This was my first time renting an RV (23 Ft. Four Winds) and a test for me to see if I want to do an extended trip this summer. The booking confirmation email provided a link to a very thorough and easy to understand overview of the RV, including how to hook-up to shore power/water, and how to empty tanks. Kudos to the communication team who put this together for doing an outstanding job. The same information was provided in electronic written form after we took custody of the vehicle, and we referred to it more than once during our trip when we could not remember how to do something. The material is user friendly and thorough. The RV was ready for pick up early and Gio helped us through the administration process then provided an in-person overview of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I left the rental facility feeling confident and excited about the next 5 days with a trip to Death Valley for the super bloom! The trip went perfectly, and we had zero issues. The RV was comfortable and everything worked as expected. The return process was easy and a few hours after I got home, I realized I left something in the deep center console and called. It had already been discovered in the cleaning process and was waiting for me. This speaks to honesty of the team. I highly recommend El Monte RV (San Bernardino branch) for your RV rental needs.

I have rented at El Monte for many years now. They have ALWAYS provided excellent service. Their RV's are well maintained and ready to go.

When I picked up my RV Rental. Something was broken so it took a little while to fix. Then, they had to fill up the RV with gas so that added more time. All this should have been completed prior to pick up. Other than that, the staff was good and professional.

First of all, I’d like to start out by saying that the staff at the Amonte location are outstanding! They did an absolute great job. On the other hand, the RV that I I rented this time was very disappointing. There was no TV in the bedroom, but there was a place for one the toilet valve leak leaked water filling the black tank three times when it shouldn’t have filled completely even once I know what I’m doing. I’ve been using RVs for over 20 years and that black tank should’ve lasted us the whole trip. The refrigerated door wouldn’t stay closed. We had to tape it closed while we were driving or the food would fall out the door to the bedroom I had to repair myself. The latch was broken and it wouldn’t stay closed. The shower door was very hard to get on latched once it was closed and was falling out of the track. The only other TV we had was up in the bad area above the front seats and it swung around so we could use it, but it was so small. It was useless. This is the fourth time I’ve rented from your company twice under a corporation in the San Fernando Valley and twice at the location in Riverside the other three times I rented they were class a coaches, they were in good shape and had no problems, but this class sea coach that I rented this time was just a piece of junk. It wasn’t well maintained. And I was very disappointed.

Always so helpful and very accommodating to your trip needs. I rent a motor home from them for all my needs.

Overall flow is quite smooth. I had a good trip.

El Monte RV made our Vacation so easy and the best experience in renting from them. Online reservation was easy and the pick up and drop off was also very easy. The motor home was great and very comfortable for our family. We will definitely rent again in the near future .

Very good service and helpful
