Lovely jewellery, and prices good too. The communication around shipping could have been better, as could the option to use fast shipping, which we didn’t seem to be able to use on ordering. But for the products themselves, no complaints at all.

Ordered an engraved ring to take on holiday to propose to my partner. It took 2 weeks to arrive and it’s not even engraved. Actually heartbroken because I was so excited and now I don’t know what to do. I don’t have time to wait until they receive it back THEN start making the one I actually ordered!

I bought two ring from you and unfortunately even though we had our fingers measured they were very tight. I emailed your company and without an hesitation you said send they back and we will send you next size up. No problems.

I was searching for a wedding ring for my wedding next year & after finding the one I wanted at a great price online with this company, I then read some of the reviews regarding purchasing and returning rings if they were wrong or didn't fit, so as to be satisfied that I wasn't going to be left out of pocket.

I ordered a ring, it arrived in two days, I tried it on and it was a little to big, so I e-mailed them to ask to return it and ensure the right procedure was followed.
they received my ring back, they sent me another one in a slightly different width & size smaller & it fitted perfectly, all this in less than week, fantastic service, thoroughly recommend this company for your ring purchases.

I am completely pleased with the product and service provided. 100% recommend. We purchased a yellow gold beaded edge wedding band and completed order on a Sunday. Product arrived Tuesday at 11.30am. Less than 2 days to deliver and this on their standard delivery option. The ring is better than expected and nice and heavy and super bright. Size was p1/2 and exactly delivered at right size which I have checked. Spot on!
This was a replacement as a 50th birthday present as my wife’s original ring,over 25 years, became too small. My wife is delighted and loves this ring completely.
The wooden presentation box is lovely. She will enjoy this birthday and loves her present very much.

Our wedding is within the next few weeks and the company we ordered our rings from were so incompetent and unhelpful. We decided to order new rings - Elma Jewellry have been amazing! We received the correct sized rings within the 3 guaranted days. No fuss, stress or anxiety - thank you so much. The only slight opinion I have, is that a confirmation email would have been appreciated.

colour was was off from what was displayed, very cheap looking even though i paid nearly £100 for it, would be definitely returning item had i not got it engraved. Wouldn’t purchase anything else from Elma Jewellery
