Wish I had read the reviews first. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered a 2-pack of nightgowns for $19.99. They were too big and I wanted to return them in exchange for a smaller size. Web only would process a refund. If I chose a refund to my credit card, they would deduct $10,99 for shipping, giving me a $9.00 refund, but if I took a gift card they would give me the $19.99. When the gift card arrived, I tried to reorder the gowns, but the price was now $44.00!!! What a rip off. Doubt I will ever use the gift card. Obviously, I no longer trust them. I ordered some thick winter gowns for Christmas gifts and a thick terry cloth robe. Now the road was not going to be able to come on time for Christmas. I called them I told them to cancel the robe. Them dummies sent it to me at the end of March and snatch my last little change out of my bank account. As we all know our little coins are very precious right now. Now I have gone through it trying to return it trying to get PayPal to make these people give me my money back. I finally got a return label I sent it and I don't have my money back yet and I'm really really upset. But I'm going to have to go and print out the label I'm so upset I don't know what to do. Definitely a one-star store. Not trustworthy with returns and getting the credit for items returned to them. Not worth the shipping both ways as well. Not recommended.

I ordered a pair of white athletic shoes from a specific brand in size 9 wide. They sent me a black short cut boot in size 10 - totally THEIR mistake. I received a refund after arguing on the phone for quite awhile, but they made ME pay the shipping to return it. It was THEIR mistake and I had to pay for it!

Unbelievable example of extremely poor customer service. I consider this site a SCAM. I placed an order; the incorrect item was sent to me. I ended up paying for the return. I needed to exchange a sweatshirt for a smaller size. I returned the item that was too big. I ended up paying for shipping, and a return fee. My card was never credited for the returned item.
Spend over an hour on the phone with customer service two separate times with no assistance at all.
Their policy seems to be once they have your credit card information they do what the want to.

I spent more than an hour online with an Ellos customer service representative. I was trying to place an order and use my credits and promotions. After all that time, the representative says "I deleted your order" which voided my credits and promotions. "Call back in a week," he said. Are you kidding me? Why should I bother? In a long line of irritating exchanges with this conglomerate of businesses, this is the straw that broke the camel's back.

I ordered coat that was too big, I sent it back and reordered next size down. I got refunded but they kept $27 for shipping and whatever, u think they would have made exception. I’m done with them. Removed my email and took name off mailing list!!! Bye!!!!!

I ordered a fleece lined coat. When it arrived, it did not have a fleece liner. I returned the coat which I had to take to a return center and pay 16.00 for the return. Then they enrolled me in a rewards program without asking me and started charging me 16.95 a month. Unscrupulous behavior!

I find out that they are charging me $11.00 to drop it at a shipping station. Processing fee is what they are calling it. Think I prefer to avoid this whole bunch. All of the Full Beauty Brands are a total pain to return or exchange and really expensive. I think I will stick to Amazon in the future

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible service. Hour wait. Negative, unproductive result. Product IN STOCK but not available for shipping until 3 weeks later! Then 10 days shipping on top of that. No cancellation even though not shipped because "in process". If product needs to be returned then $9.99 to use their return label but post office will charge $4 for their own label. They charged $5.99 to ship it to begin with. When asked about the discrepancy in price the response was "It's our label". At purchase two weeks ago (product not available for shipping yet) cost with shipping was $20. Thank heavens other products were not "in stock". Since it may cost me $10 to return a $13 order not sound business as a consumer to deal with this unscrupulous group of companies (FULL BEAUTY filed Chapter 11 in 2019) any further. I can't imagine the difficulty I would encounter to attempt a return/refund given their frequently changing policies (per El Paso staff). Corporate fools in New York, customer support in El Paso, warehouse in Indianapolis. WARNING--DON'T BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES! They will screw you over given an opportunity.
Cancelled an order got me harassed
My wife cancelled an order after the item did not show up for weeks (notifications, in stock days after ordered). I complained to their customer service & have been getting spammed ever since.
We use to spend about $1000 per year with their sister companies, King Size & Roaman's.
If it continues, the ICC & FCC will get brought into this.
Digital harassment by an on-line store NEVER ends well for them.

This company is HORRIBLE. I bought items for 50% discount - should have been approx $48. Saw in my checking account a huge charge (just before Christmas -ouch) for over $200. After much time and effort, discovered they had double charged me and had not discounted order! They told me I had to wait to receive items and return them for a credit. So I WAITED to receive, returned items, and FINALLY (3 more weeks!) they said they received. But credit is for more than $30 less - they didn’t refund shipping and for some reason, amount refunded for tax is $10 less on return than on items sent to me! Huh?? All in all, THEIR mistakes have cost me $30 and have taken more than a month to get corrected. I will NEVER order from this company again. HORRIBLE.

Horrible, do not use them, customer service is horrible. Just a bad experience. I placed an order on November 29, 2020, 30 days later, still not received my order, but they charged my credit card and I have called and called, no one tells me where my order is. No one cares.

I purchase an Item, but it fit too small I tried to return it and they sold out of any other size and nothing else I liked. I return it and was deducted $7.50 from the refund. No free return shipping, that's ridiculous. I will never shop with them again.

If I could left 0 star I would have done it. I'm a Canadian client. I order paying with Paypal. The amount was paid to IPARCEL but ELLOS never get my order. It took me 6 e-mails and 3 chats to get an answer that the amount will be reversed. I re-order with my credit card and they finally confirm the 1st order! The amount was blocked/pending on my credit card for ever. And now, my order was supposed to have been send on April 17th and I was suppose to receive the order under 10 days but the tracking number is not giving me any result and when I chat to get some news, the only answer I get is that they don't have any information, and I have to wait until May 22nd to fulfill a complain. They can only providing as info that they don't have any possibility to track international package and I have to wait. For an order close to 400 CAD, that is the worse service ever. In fact this company is telling you that if you are in Canada, they don't care about you and they have no intention to help you. You can only pay, get wrong instruction, pay again and finally not have any help or product. On top of that,when you are trying to get help by e-mail, the customer service is contacting you on an e-mail address you can't answered and you have to go back on the site and you will have another answer from an other rep which will ask you the same info again and again. Based on the excellent service we can get from other online companies who are not treating you like you are bothering them, it's the last time I'm doing business with ELLOS.
