Best delivery tracking system and high quality material…
Best delivery tracking system I have ever experienced, with real time updates via SMS. Simply amazing! And the office desk I bought was a really good investment. Easy to assemble, high quality material and very beautiful. I would denifitely purchase again from Ellos!

Item not as described and horrific delivery experience
Ordered a bookshelf from their own brand - what a disappointment! Color is not as described (says bluegray on the website, in reality is just plain grey boring color), difficult to assemble (it says difficulty 5 out of 5 on the instruction). And it is a just bookshelf!
Delivery was super messy, in the end we were surprised by it Friday afternoon, when it was agreed for Saturday morning. Delivery guys charged 300 kr to lift it to our floor, when it costs 200 on their website.

Did receive money for return
I have been using Ellos.dk for a while and purchased various things. Overall I was pretty happy of the quality of the goods and service. However, I didn't receive money for my latest return within the timeframe promised in the webpage. Furthermore, I could not find a way to contact them directly. Ellos.dk reacted very fast and I got money the same day after writing comment in Trustpilot.
I understand mistakes happen and I appreciate they solved it so quickly. Therefore, I have changed my evaluation from 1 to 5 stars.

In principle quite happy with my two…
In principle quite happy with my two bathing suits. The sizes are fine. I had to google how to measure my BH size because the website of Ellos is not precise enough. Two measures are possible: below the breast - so chest diameter - or mid-breast, where the diameter is biggest. Ellos does not say which one to use when checking the size of bikinis (or any other BH for that sake).
The two bikinis look really nice. I was a bit annoyed, though, that one has a silicon ribbon sewn in. I saw it too late, after having cut the labels, so I cannot send it back. I tend to have contact allergy to silicon (like a lot of people). If I had seen this earlier, I would have sent it directly back to Ellos. When will this material disappear from clothing?

Great product but delivery option was only PostNord, we payed 500dkk delivery and ended up having to pick up the product 10km from us. Customer service was not helpful.

100 on shipments
I had to pay for the shipment of a poor-quality item, and I also have to pay for the return. In total, I paid almost 100 DKK in shipping for a low-quality product. It has been over a week and I havent gotten the money that I paid for the item yet.
