Not happy with watch received when it…

Not happy with watch received when it should have been buy one get one free and did not receive my second free same item.
Despite calling it has been denied if I ever had an account with you.

We checked our records and found order #1003 under your name — however, the item purchased was our Ellor Amalfi Sandal (Tan), not a watch. We also don't sell watches in our catalog, and we don't currently have a "buy one, get one free" promotion for that type of item.

We think this might be a mix-up with a different store or order. If you could take another look, we'd be happy to help with anything regarding your sandal order or clear up any confusion.
