Avoid this company!
I ordered clothing from this website, thinking it was a Dutch-based company due to the local phone number and address. However, everything about this business is misleading.
Low-Quality Products: The items I received looked nothing like the photos (which are clearly photoshopped). The materials are cheap, and the stitching is terrible.
Fake Address & Contact Info: The Dutch phone number doesn’t work, and the address is fake. There’s no real way to contact them more than per email.
Impossible Returns: When I tried to return the products, I had to pay extremely high shipping costs. Later, they claimed my return never arrived and refused to refund me.
No Customer Support: When I asked to speak to a manager, they simply said it wasn’t possible. No solution was ever offered.
Censorship: They don’t allow negative reviews on their website, so future customers can’t see honest feedback.
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. It is a scam designed to mislead customers with false advertising and poor service. Avoid at all costs!
