Ordered a Fairburn tank which failed…
Ordered a Fairburn tank which failed after 3 weeks. Returned it with no fuss. I thought it was the chip had failed. I had a phone call two days later and the motor was at fault. I t was explained to me how they had come to that conclusion in easy terms. I was offered three alternatives ,refund ,swop or as they did not have another motor ,a change of chassis as I like the livery on the original .All this was done by somebody who explained every thing very clearly. He ( SORRY FORGOT HIS NAME) was really enthusiastic and seems to love his job which I always feel is a really good sign of excellent service. Thanks again for getting the loco back to me inside a week its is brilliant seeing it running. The whole thing was so well done . My wife was listening in on the phone call as we were in the car and she was impressed, saying I should buy all my locos from Ellis Clark. Hopefully my Christmas prezzie will be a gift voucher for Ellis Clarke from her!Again thank you for being so efficient I will be back for more locos you are brilliant
