After being told by my builder that the only option for my broken waste pipe was to dig up the ground and pay a pretty hefty price — and with a bathroom installation deadline looming — I decided to get a second opinion and gave Elliotts a call.
They came out first thing the next day, put a camera down the pipe, and told me straight away that digging wasn’t needed. They repaired it using a no-dig method, finished it by the end of the day, and it cost about half of what I’d been quoted.
I would have paid double and had my path dug up if I hadn’t called them. No drama, no upselling — they were knowledgeable, explained the options, and got on with it.
They made a stressful situation much easier.
