Stolen money, no service! Scammers!
We paid Elliot Craig a £3,700 deposit for a resin flooring installation. He arrived two days late, then refused to carry out the work, citing reasons that were never mentioned in the original agreement. He ignored follow-up calls and messages and ultimately failed to refund the deposit. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, both Elliot and Hayley Craig have been unresponsive and evasive. In our experience, this was a complete breach of trust and contract. Do not make the same mistake – steer clear.
